Super nice place, lovely people who work hard (they do everything themselves) and a delicious little restaurant with a nice view. Sanitary facilities very clean and spacious pitches. Dutch owners but no “Dutch” feel and -thankfully- no frikandel or croquette on the menu 😅. Wonderful sauna and a beautiful bike ride around the lake. Lots of locals at the campsite, that says enough. We will be back. Greetings from the Belgians ☺️

The type of campsite you wouldn't dare rate for fear it will be fully booked next year. For us, this is -by far- one of the best campsites in Sweden. This is the second year in a row we have come here. Peace, nature, spacious pitches right among the trees by a lake, private fire pits. Very friendly and helpful young owners who continue to improve year after year. Very well-maintained sanitary facilities, bread roll service, canoe service……. 5*++

Beautiful view, good, clearly marked pitches. The cleanest sanitary facilities we saw on our entire trip, and also free use of the washing machine and dryer! Shops and restaurants nearby, yet very quiet. Ideal stopover. Maybe add a small playground for the kids? Then we might have stayed an extra night.

We booked 2 nights but ended up staying 1. Neat, well-maintained campsite with a cozy kitchen, clean sanitary facilities, and a bread service. Still somewhat disappointed: the photos only show the best side. In reality, you look out onto an empty swimming pool fenced with barbed wire. The sauna does not work and the river view is limited. Döda Fallet is beautiful. Due to the reflection off the rocks, the road is disturbingly audible, despite little traffic. A fine transit campsite.

Booked 2 nights and added an extra night; that says it all 👌 Very well-maintained grounds with spacious pitches. Upon arrival, you can choose your own spot, which is nice because everyone wants something slightly different. The kids had a wonderful time here; we used the canoe and did a strenuous 2km climb nearby to a beautiful lookout tower. Also had a nice meal at the restaurant twice. It is best to book the safari in advance. Highly recommended!
