Location in an old quarry adds atmosphere. Sanitary facilities are adequate.

We stayed at the upper camper pitches, at an elevated position. Beautiful view of the surroundings (Strömstad and the sea). Excellent sanitary facilities. Some spots were a bit more difficult to access for long campers.

Fine paved pitch for our camper, in a circle which is quite nice. Good sanitary facilities. Within walking/cycling distance of the center with supermarkets. There is an older wooden church and an interesting modern church, with a small open-air museum, Geilojordet, open to the public and free of charge, opposite.

We stayed at the gravel camper pitches with a view of the stave church. Good value for money, sanitary facilities fine. Supermarket nearby. Choose your own pitch and then check in.

Well organized, spots are assigned. It is a busy campsite, but the sanitary facilities are excellent. Sverd I fjell is within cycling distance. Take the bus to the center for the Lysefjord & Preikestolen Fjord cruise.

Beautifully situated by a stream that flows into a lake. Waterfront spots are about 10% more expensive, but well worth it for the beautiful view of the water and mountains.

Beautifully situated with a view over the river. The grass field was easily accessible with a camper, despite the heavy rain.
