We stop here regularly when we're in the area. The campsite has everything you need. Electricity and fresh water are included in the price, as is waste disposal. We set the terminal to German and followed the instructions (the translation is partly incorrect), but the campsite itself is a rather dreary concrete expanse. There are several bakeries and shops in the village! A nice walk leads to the lagoon with its flamingos.

This is our second time here, we booked through the app and had no problems. During the day, the roads are quite noisy depending on the wind direction, but it was quiet at night. It looks a bit dry at the moment! Hasselt city center, for example, the tourist information office is about 1.5 km away, and the bike paths are very well developed. We'll be back! ...

We always enjoy staying here; everything is easily accessible by bicycle, and walking into town is also manageable (e.g., Klimahaus 2.4 km). The €18.00 price is no longer accurate, at least for online bookings; we paid approximately €20.00 for two people without electricity, including tax and VAT.

Everything was perfect for us; we received a very friendly welcome, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The road is quite noisy during the day, but it was very quiet at night. We would definitely choose this place over others.

!!!Attention!!! The parking area is currently being modernized. Therefore, the parking area will be completely closed from August 25th to September 14th, 2025!

We were completely satisfied. The owner was super friendly. The Wild West theme is evident everywhere. She also gave us lots of tips about the surrounding area. We'd love to come back!
