Great place to stay close to the Vennbahn. Very quiet. Plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking.

What a great initiative by Sankt Vith to offer such a facility. There is some traffic noise, but what do you expect on the edge of the city. Besides the 4 spacious spots for campers, there were 13 others. Nice, isn't it? Toilet emptying and water as well. Great.

The advantage is that you are right on the Vennbahn. Nice stretches of cycling and always something to see. Cycling or walking to Monschau Old Town is a bit of an undertaking though. Lots of climbing and stairs, but it is a beautiful trip.

Nice, quiet campsite. Everything is well taken care of. Reserve quickly at the restaurant at the entrance, otherwise it will be full.

A wonderful spot for visiting Dole or taking one of the many cycling routes that pass through. A clean public restroom is hidden in the historic gatehouse at the end of the grounds.
