We are just passing through and stayed here for 2 nights. You are allowed to walk around to find a spot yourself. It is quite crowded, though. We were assisted by a young receptionist who spoke Dutch. She pointed us to the Mio Trentino app, which is free. The campsite can activate this app, giving you free public transport and various discounts, among other things. Ideal.

Nice and close to the center of Lienz, which is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful sanitary facilities with plenty of toilet paper. You can choose your own spot. However, the price is on the high side. More than 170 euros for 3 nights for two people.

We were here in early September. The staff were friendly, but we were also required to leave an ID, which we didn't do. After an explanation of why this is necessary, I do understand the campsite's reasoning. However, we were able to resolve the issue by paying in advance. The new sanitary building is fine. It is noisy, but what do you expect near a large harbor and industrial estate? It is a great base for visiting Venice. Another nice feature is that you get to choose your own spot.

We were here the first week of September. Without a reservation, we got a spot across the way. Nice, spacious spot at this ACSI campsite. The beach is nearby and you can cycle to the town.

Just like the other reviewers have already written, this really is a hidden gem. We were looking for a place for a few nights on Lake Garda. Good heavens, it was so crowded there and everything was, fortunately in hindsight, fully booked. What a picture-perfect place this is; everything is new and there is a lovely swimming pool. So be it, no beach with those awful pebbles. What a friendly welcome. What peace and quiet. If we ever return to Garda, we will definitely go here.
