A lovely, spacious pitch about 2 km from Urk town center. The sanitary facilities on the pitch are a bit dated but very well maintained. The water and waste disposal points are very clean and well laid out. It's right next to a horse paddock belonging to the campsite, so you're woken up by the sound of horses bleating in the morning. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.

From the harbor master to the sanitary facilities, everything was fantastic! A super friendly team, everything included in the pitch fee – simply superb! We'll definitely come back when we have the chance! A great starting point for bike tours, and Den Helder city is lovely when the sun is shining! Museums and other attractions are all right nearby! Great!

We visited the campsite for one night. We hadn't made a reservation, but the owner was very friendly and we were able to get a spot. The campsite is just a stone's throw from the town, making it a good base. For two people and our campervan, we paid a total of €33. Showers cost extra, which we found a bit expensive. Electricity is automatically included at €5.50 per day, which we didn't actually need.

The station is currently unusable and is cordoned off with barges.

We spent the New Year here. A small, fine parking space where everything has been thought of. Very practical and functionally designed. At midnight the owners came to the square for a snack! Highly Recommended! If we're nearby we'd love to come back!
