dear, yes! sloping, yes. but the showers are free and the mud on rainy days, it's unfortunately true. A big positive point is the proximity to the city center thanks to the 2 buses which take you there in less than 15 minutes.

indeed, perfect place, clean and quiet for one night. Too bad, we don't control the system for emptying the toilets.
