What a beautiful, quiet campsite. Lovely views over the hills and the town. A visit to the town and the abbey is within walking distance. Toilet block sublime. Order bread rolls at reception for the next day, and the hostess is a true friend.

A couple manages the campsite and has been the owner for 34 years. A warm welcome; we were even guided to our pitch with parking and given tips on how to position the satellite TV. Very clean toilet block and showers that require coin payment (note: short showers). It is located by a marina, with a kind of snack bar 100 meters away and a very nice restaurant further down the road. There are also beautiful cycling routes along the Danube starting from there.
