This AIRE is well laid out and maintained. It is located right next to the football field with a canteen. A 5-minute walk along the small path beside the stream takes you to the village square: bakery, butcher, Carrefour, ATM, chip shop/brasserie. The Gendarmerie conducts regular checks at the site. Currently almost full. There are indeed also a few long-term residents, so pitches will become paid spaces in the near future. Electricity is 2 euros/4 hours and water for 2 euros for 20 minutes via coin-operated machine.

Off-season: large grounds with many quiet camper pitches. Reservations are accepted. Water is available for a fee. Fixed-price pitch, electricity included. You can choose your pitch number (map). The beach is about a 1/2-hour walk away. Shops are nearby.

Recently we stayed again at Den Boerenhof. We are (as previous times) extremely satisfied. All service is available. To Marleen: “thank you”. See you soon!

Quiet village. The camper place is (for the time being) free. Site is an old campsite. Water and electricity for a fee. Bakker is open again (after years). One restaurant in the village at affordable prices (-> Highly recommended / take into account that dog owners are present inside and on the outside terrace). No shops nearby.

Quiet village. Too bad that the only shop Epicerie is closed. No bakery in the village. One café with dining facilities (near church) and a little further authentic SUPER restaurant Tête d'Ail. Possibility to park in the car park and nearby in some (narrow) parking spaces. Taking and discharging water is (for the time being) free of charge. Garbage bin further in the village. Basically a night's sleep, but some campers arrive in the middle of the night (!).

Village without shops or bakery. Quiet area except for heavy agricultural traffic. very narrow places and sloping. No shade. When camper(s) are present, maneuvering is difficult.

Small campsite (1 star) but quiet and close to the sea. Narrow entrance. The surface = grass/sand. Electricity per pitch. Operators supervise during opening hours. Coming and going of campers (campers, many young people with VANs & camper vans, tent(s) of cycling campers... The sanitary facilities: 2 toilets, 2 showers (hot water), 2 taps for washing up and 2 washing up (cold) and two sinks .Waste sorting. Price: see photos.

Place in the parking lot in front of the wine museum. Friendly manager. Purchase of wine, corkscrews, knives, local products, etc. is possible there. Quiet place for night.

Camping ***** right by the sea with swimming pool. Large and smaller pitches. Bungalows also available. Busy in season. Acsi discount possible for certain periods. Camping shop available. Friendly staff and animators.

Safe! Location behind the gendarmerie building. Everything available for service, just like all “camping car parks”. When fully occupied it is close together. Road noise is not too bad. WiFi somewhat substandard.

Super sympathetic owners Danny and Pascale. All service (taking water / discharging and discharging cassette) is present and bread service too. Price 10 euros and 14 euros with electricity. Beautiful walking and cycling routes. Currently (August 2023) a surprising summer bar with delicious Picon or regional beers at affordable prices. Top stay. The 6 places can clearly be seen on recent photos. Campers nicely (close) next to each other, but each on a different flat level, so that it was still doable. Free service (water, discharge, toilet cassette), with the possibility of a long-term stay. Seen near parking and green zone (with covered hall), meeting place for young people. Bakery nearby and shops a little further in the village (you)

Good place for 1 night. All services are available. Clear information payment terminal. During a storm, the very tall trees may pose a hazard. Maintenance (pruning) of the hedges is now recommended. Quiet during after it.

Camper place is neatly maintained. Hagues for divorce. At the entrance info board for method of payment (14 euros, see photo). The sanitary building is okay. Cameras here and there (camera surveillance will have been necessary!). Not noticed its icon. Too bad that there is a kind of water treatment plant nearby and a lot of (heavy) traffic for the adjacent commercial center. At night sometimes also audible traffic during the week. Price is ok.

The setup is good for this motorhome. Building plumbing = okay. Shops (commercial center) are a short walk away (20 minutes). Monumental church is really worth a visit. Currently working near the water at the pitch (!). Had to go into this place. nature reserve it was beautiful. Too bad about the (disturbing) noises from the nearby industrial zone including freight transport. Payment terminal at entrance. Price = ok.

Very satisfied. Friendly welcome and (cleaning) staff (sanitary facilities outdated). Large campsite and many spacious pitches. choose your own place. Trees present for shade. Out of season (with Acsi card) and no overcrowding of tourists. Beach nearby. Village 1 Km with small supermarket. Two bakers present. Wooden stalls selling oysters/mussels.

Separate parking bays. Right next to the roadway. Just opposite bar/tabac/épicerie. Most places on grass, which can cause problems in wet weather.

Good location for visiting old town. All services available. The places under the tall trees have practically no sunlight at the moment. Wet/wet with a lot of rain. This aire was not really quiet and relaxing! (still nuisance noise traffic cars and motorcycles from the roadway nearby, as well as from train traffic). The photo clearly shows how close the express trains pass. Good for one night. Very positive: hot shower block sanitary on the CCP.

The old campsite is now an official motorhome site (with electricity/water). Service is also possible. Supervisor comes to collect money every day. So there is no longer any prohibition to stay here.

Currently vending machine for water/electricity tokens not in use. Tourism information notified of the defect. Many hiking opportunities. It is a pity that occasionally local youth during the day and in the evening at the picnic table causes some noise. They use the flat asphalt of the parking lot for their electric scooters and bicycles to cross tours…

The location itself is very suitable for 'calmness and tranquility'! The users respect the tranquility. Green (agricultural) environment. Village Kemzeke nearby within walking distance. Beautiful cycling & walking routes. Sympathetic manageress.

Friendly manager Matthieu and a sympathetic welcome. Camper place is also possible with electricity. Fill water only 50 cents. All services available. We are very satisfied. The owner always does his utmost to ensure the satisfaction of camper guests. Fishing pond nearby. See you soon.

Nice pitch for the campers next to the river. Old campsite but good location. Price 9 euros all in (2 persons). In village super-auberge for menu de jour!

Taste (and buy) delicious Chablis wine in an authentic wine cellar. Museum of the corkscrews sublime! Recommended! Parking space on mixed parking. All amenities. It is a pity that because of this 'long stayers' take places of future campers ...

A sympathetic reception. Host let you taste the wines . Affordable and tasty wines. Also “lavandin” available and other items in his shop. For electricity 3 euros per night. Quiet during night. Supermarket 4 Km.

Good location for short stay. The Tourist Office (near the church) has many brochures for walks and information 'voie verte' (cycling routes). Water 2 euros and electricity 12 euros for 24 hours. The site is accessible to pedestrians from various sides. No social control when leaving the camper unattended.

Good location, but… already see previous reviews the “WiFi is substandard”. Unfortunate! And when the nearby (permanent) holiday homes turn on their wood stoves, the air is unbearable… again a pity. The price would be ok if WiFi is ok!

Good motorhome with hedges separated. Busier in the evening with an oversupply of campers. Those campers can be placed just about anywhere. Service point only with tokens. The "walk" (uphill) to one of the most beautiful villages in France is definitely worth it! During day pity noises from the skate park nearby. Skateboarding on iron plates is of course a bit of a nuisance. Thanks to this municipality for this location.

Large municipal campsite (**) with sufficiently spacious pitches. After payment, for an extension of stay, it turned out that a party tent was placed on the site unexpectedly (unannounced). Several campers also left early (!). Then learn that a nightly musical performance for (250) young people would be provided. Given Covid and no night's sleep to be foreseen ... also left. Too bad we weren't notified.

Municipality made an effort for parking space for a number of campers. Shame about young people hanging around during evening/night. Note: traffic sign (?) indicates no public access between 11 pm and 6 am in this place. Apparently this was necessary to ensure peace (!). Next to the parking is a covered place with tables and benches, also with such a prohibition sign.

Currently (Aug 2021) major road works are underway. During the weekend evening & night hanging around young people (music and shouting). Also noise nuisance from revelers in the garden of the house at the top of the mountain. Lasted all night. Reverberated all the way to Parking downstairs. Didn't have a night's sleep…(pity)

Friendly patrons. A payment terminal is located at the entrance (choice of languages possible). All services possible. Two circuits of walks (12km and 8km) leave through forest and rural areas. Cycle routes not well marked. You can order oysters (per dozen) or mussels (per kg) via the order form and they will be delivered to the camper. Sufficiently quiet during night. Village with bakery(s) and supermarket within walking distance.

Good place for one night. Too bad only 4 places available. Water 1 euro for 20 minutes and discharge toilet cassette. No alarm clock needed: 7.00 am church tower bells clearly audible :-)

Very friendly owners. Beautiful natural location and number of walking and cycling opportunities. A location to come back to! Ideal for pony lovers!

Spacious green area and proximity to corn fields. Friendly host. Plans for expansion are foreseen.

Perfect camper place. All amenities and very well maintained. Always a friendly welcome and an excellent take-away because of Corona. Super de luxe breakfast!

Staycation, so many stay in their own country. Result: here busy-busy-busy (because of free). On the pitch there is an electricity cabin with a large fan that is disturbing during the day. Close to each other. Covid Safe?

Lack of regulation and controls. Stray dogs, unsanitary condition fresh water tap (cleaning toilet cassettes!) BBQs near dry grass, waste containers immediately full (also by garbage residents), ban on discharging gray water (so ...), parking vans for overnight stays, also sometimes tents ... seems illegal then chaotic camping. Question marks on public order, health, safety and tranquility.

Camper place as it should be. Service possible. Water 0.50 euros. Correct price. Near the N4, so the traffic is audible during busy periods. What makes up for everything is the super-sympathetic manager Matthieu. Really makes time for the customers! Taste the Orval at the small bar reception and your day will be a success thanks to Matthieu's unique positivity. See you!

Ideal for walking or cycling from this (quiet) location. It is a pity that the weather forecast was unfavorable at the moment and would have preferred to stay longer. Owners have already provided everything that the motorhome user needs. Cycling routes and hiking trails are also available. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location with views over the fields, if you are a lover of pure nature. Large-scale company with cows and calves. Fine shop with supply of (local) products.
