Great camper place. We were on the grass field next to the camper places. Without electricity, but we found it nicer and more spacious. The many dogs at the entrance can sometimes be heard well. We and our dog did not find it annoying, but something to take into account. Sanitary facilities good. Negative point: paying cash, not being able to use a debit card.

a gem, beautiful and well-maintained cp with all necessary basic facilities. from here the forests are close by and you can easily walk into the forest with the dog from the cp. nice area for cycling or walking, and as said before, friendly owner, nothing but praise.

Fantastic place. Nice between the cows, calves, sheep and chickens. Friendly welcome. Nice walks and cycling routes from the camper place. We enjoyed it! 4 stars because using the shower is on the very expensive side. Otherwise definitely 5 stars.

Great place with nice sanitary facilities. We walked to the planetarium in Franeker. Approx. 30 minutes walk. Planetarium is an absolute must. For nice walks with dog it was disappointing for us.

Very nice small CP along the water and cycle path. Friendly owner. From CP nice cycling or walking. Leeuwarden nearby. Sound JSF clearly audible and planes sometimes fly low, but we did not find this annoying. An absolute must.

great CP. We stayed here for 2 nights. Too bad the reed was so high that we had no view of the water. Cycled around Lauwersmeer from CP.

Great camper place. Late afternoon a friendly man comes by for payment. View over canal. Showers at harbor are fine.

nice place with good facilities, a big downside is that our motorcycle trailer was not allowed to be parked near the camper, while sites are spacious. we had to pay an extra 5 euros per day to put the cart in the parking lot, this is not in the regulations and feels like a money grab, and arbitrariness because campers with a closed trailer did not have to pay for this, so not recommended for motorcyclists

Fantastic fun spot. Quiet and view over the Loire.
