Pleasant site on the edge of a lovely town. Some noisy motorbikes at night, but otherwise a quiet spot.

Beautiful site, a stone's throw from the beach. There are some shady spots, and the breeze helps keep things comfortable. Some nice restaurants in the village, about 1.5km walk.

What a super site! Everything free, a lovely village.

There is no water or cassette empty out, both seem to have been out of order for a long time. There are public toilets nearby. There is still electricity, the beach is a short distance away and if you are lucky you can be woken up by lions roaring in the nearby zoo.

Nice quiet place in recreation area. On Saturday afternoon many young people on noisy mopeds, but quiet in the evening. Water available behind the closed toilet ('fermรฉe suite ร des incivilitรฉs').

Beautiful town in beautiful surroundings. The site a bit messy, could not find a functioning crane, and the terrain was quite muddy. But the ambience makes up for it.

Waves pounding the beach Wind whispering in the pines Respite from Covid

Clean, quiet site in the village. Jeu de boule is big, played by all generations! Market on Saturday morning.

Quiet site, a short walk from the village. Across the road are old salt basins, boardwalks, and trails around the etangs. No flamingos sighted, but lots of other birds, herons, egrets, cormorants, grebes. Grab a coffee at the Bazar du Bled!

Great campsite, right on the promenade and beach. Plenty of space in February. Excellent amenities. Watch out for tree branches. Only minus point is wifi charge, 10 euros for even short stay seems excessive in this day and age.

A bit rough around the edges, behind a disused railway line, but inexpensive for the area. Around 7km from the town centre, cycle 2km along the highway, then the cycle path turns toward the seafront and runs along the promenade. We moved to Camping Joan, nearer cambrils and better facilities / beach for a few euros more.

Quiet parking area, a lot more campers than the 'allowed' 4. No one seems to mind. Lovely village, the people were very friendly. Although there are signs to say 'no dogs on the beach' it is not a problem during the off season.

Basic parking in a field. OK for walking the dog. Water available. Nothing much doing in the village during the winter.

Arrived at the site to find it was closed for resurfacing until early March 2020.

Pleasant site in a lovely village. The only downside is access through the village, the road is VERY narrow in places. If coming from the N10 it may be best to travel through Barro and approach the site from the east.
