Stayed here on the way back from Spain .. March 29 ... I can not agree with the previous review .... there is indeed a truck stop for the motorhome and the toilets are also for the truckets, not for the campers .. .We have not heard anything about the stopping and departing of trucks. We were at the back and not next to the road. For the rest, it is a camper place of pass d'étappes .... everything you need with the camper is there.

Info An the desk can and could be better due to discharge gray drain and water point. very quiet until the last night, to our surprise at half past two in the night, a Polish camper van suddenly installed itself quite noisily next to us .. never experienced that someone could settle in a closed campsite at night .... Everything else is in order, but there are still some points that could be improved.

Been here 4-5-6 August...super place...free water paying for electricity... was full every day ... also along the further side of the football field ... a warning: .. on the door of the toilet block is a warning that if motor home owners continue to get "free" water, the mayor will replace the place for 15 days close. Apparently some think that if you can stand for free with electricity, 2 euros for 100 liters of water is still too much.

Would stay 4 nights but turned 7. Most of it has already been said here but it is a super place with super friendly owners. Were on the large field behind the camper place with the sheep "who can no longer let go .. their escape route is blocked :)" Beautiful area for cycling and walking.

Wonderfully quiet campsite a few hundred meters from the Citadele. Beautiful walking environment and a visit to the Citadele is definitely recommended. service point for the campsite. Sanitary simple but clean. Current 5 or 10 amp to choose with additional charge.

Stayed here July 10-15. Nice campsite with free places .. you can choose a place yourself. Power poles limited in number. Lies between two busy roads but once in the evening it becomes very quiet and peaceful. Sanitary somewhat outdated but satisfactory. We paid 11.90 per day with electricity (to be paid separately) Super environment with beautiful hiking trails.

been here from 4-7 July ..... Very warm welcome Got extensive information about everything in the neighborhood. Enjoy cycling around Diksmuide and towards Nieuwpoort. Everything is neat and in order sanitary and showers very neat (is of course as neat as the last one leaves) Manageress does everything to make it to your liking. Had to make a detour because at this moment the railway bridge in Diksmuide is being replaced (due to the height of the camper) but just a bell there and it is explained in detail how to drive. Was super there.

Three nights stood here, 10 euros per night. Primary place. Stand a bit away from the bridge and the street and then you are not bothered by traffic noise, which almost stops after six hours. Great for walking and cycling. We will definitely go back. payment terminal only works from April 1 ... until then they come to collect money.

Owners do everything to make it to your liking hence we have been there again ... high season best reserve because it is really a family campsite and then quite busy ....

We have been here 19/5/2018. Very nice maintained motorhome .... facilities with jeton. Public toilet (reasonably clean). Very quiet and safe ... track in the vicinity but only heard a train and did not find that annoying. Certainly worth an 8 as a transit place.

September 16, 2017 overnight here. Quiet motorhome. At three o'clock we were there with six at eight o'clock it was full. Beautiful church and a cafe with only Belgian regional beers :)

14 and 15 September2017 stayed here. Super friendly welcome by the managers (owners were Dutch). Sanitary clean and delicious hot showers. Lidl is opposite the entrance of camping ... village ten minutes walk. Very nice environment.

12 and 13 September 2017 stayed here. At the end of the season there were totally alone. Very friendly people and reception ..... beautiful view of the mountains. Beautiful hiking trails in the area. Sanitary clean and very neat but some outdated (French toilets 2 ordinary).
