We stayed here for 1 night in June to visit Piran (beautiful). Very cramped (not suitable for people over 6.60m) and noisy, with 1 men's toilet/shower and one for women. Washing up is done with cold water. For 40 euros, it was all mediocre. However, Piran is not camper-friendly and the choice of camper pitches is minimal. Be careful about parking elsewhere, as you can get a fine quickly (experience). Cycling to Piran takes approx. 7 minutes by e-bike.

We were here in June '26 (2 people/campervan) and it was still wonderfully quiet. The surroundings are truly stunning, and cycling to Lake Bohinj takes only about 10 minutes via a beautiful route. Very friendly man at reception who gives lots of tips. Highly recommended. We ate at the restaurant by the church, but it was so-so. We are less enthusiastic about the restaurant than other reviews, and perhaps we were at the wrong one... though, the service was quick and friendly.

We stayed for 1 night in June '26 after visiting the Tolmin Gorge. Good sanitary facilities and showers. Friendliness at the reception could be better. Nice pitches (choose your own) and practically right on the Tolmin River. We did not eat at the cafe/reception where many locals were sitting. A fine campsite for visiting the Tolmin Gorge.

We were here in June 2026. Beautiful campsite by the sea. Many pitches to choose from. We had a "standard pitch" with a campervan and 2 people. This cost 118 euros. The standard pitch is fine, but you are on gravel and lack the amenities. Otherwise, everything is fine, such as sanitary facilities, camper facilities, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, etc. Free sunbeds and parasol on the beach. Rovinj is about 10 minutes away by e-bike, so that's fine too. Not cheap, but a top campsite.

We stayed here with our campervan during the Long Ascension weekend in 2026. Beautiful location and a great base for cycling to Jena (approx. 20 min.). The campsite is a bit outdated but is being worked on. It takes time/investment. Sanitary facilities and showers are fine. We were by the lake, where you do need a long power cable of at least 25m. Nice owners. Quiet place with bird sounds from morning till evening. Had a great time!

Nice, quiet campsite in the beautiful hilly landscape. Great walking and cycling routes directly from the campsite. Sanitary facilities and amenities are excellent. The only thing is that you have to press the shower button very often (10 sec?) and it isn't adjustable. But that is the only point of attention. Spacious pitches and friendly, easy-going managers. We would love to come back again. Oh, and you can be in the center of Maastricht by bike in fifteen minutes.

Stayed for 4 nights with the campervan. Spacious pitches on a neat and very well thought-out campsite. Everything is beautifully laid out and neatly maintained. Compliments! Every detail has been considered and the sanitary facilities are also very good. Walking forest right next to the campsite. Highly recommended as a base for visiting Bruges. The surrounding area is also beautiful to explore by bike!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here. A beautiful, spacious pitch with a fantastic view. We truly unwinded. Excellent sanitary facilities and amenities in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

beautiful campsite. surrounded by nature and managers have a tractor museum on site. Good base to visit Detmold, Paderborn, Externsteine and ruin Falkenburg by bike. Nice owner and 5 min shower for 1 euro.
