A very nice spot for wild camping. Unfortunately, it's often completely overcrowded. But the view towards Tallinn is legendary! You're practically standing with one wheel in the Baltic Sea. Worth it.

Located directly on the lake shore in Viitina. A small campsite, probably for a maximum of 4 to 5 motorhomes. Children's playground and climbing park in the castle park right next door, bathing area with sand and jetties 100m further on, directly next to the castle. Dogs are allowed and can swim! Motorcycle rental next door, under German management. Full water and waste disposal facilities on site. Garden furniture and barbecue area available.

A relatively impersonal, large-scale operation. Well-equipped. Fairly close to public transport, making it easy to get into Tallinn. Not really suitable for a holiday, but appropriate for sightseeing in Tallinn.

You should know what you want. This is a parking area close to the city center, right on the Emajögi River. You can easily walk to Tartu's city center. This spot isn't really for peace and quiet or nature lovers. With a blood alcohol level of 0.0, you can enjoy a nice meal in town and a couple of Estonian beers. Then you can take a pleasant stroll back to your camper along the riverbank. Certified waste disposal facilities are available; south of Tartu, these are only found in Taevaskoja and Viitina – commendable!

Ideal campsite, as the Palmse estate is within walking distance and the Baltic Sea town of Võsu is only a few kilometers away. The campsite is connected to a restaurant and has a separate sanitary building. The whole place is under German management. Easy to find, even from the Tallinn-Narva motorway – it's only a few kilometers from the exit to the national park where this campsite is located. Perfect! :-)

Simply "the" place – the place to be – in southeastern Latvia. Right on a small lake, well-maintained grounds, a historic building, and a friendly host – what more could you want? An ideal stopover on a journey through the eastern/central Baltics, whether you're coming from Lithuania or Estonia.
