Well…it’s a meadow where anyone can pitch their tent wherever they want. The minimum stay is 2 days to avoid the hustle and bustle. The restaurant only serves breakfast. No lunch and no dinner. (Just drinks, then.) There is a steep road to the village, so cycling there is difficult. You can take the bus for free, though, and you can also enter the lake for free. Hardly any shade. But it is nice and quiet, pleasantly situated among the trees and mountains, and a lovely lake to swim in.

I (we) have been here so many times. First with my parents, later with our children, and now without. It feels like home. The first time was the year they opened, and that was almost 40 years ago. It is still the same family running the campsite. I think it is truly fantastic. Good temperature during the day, nice and cool at night. The evenings are great. Very friendly and laid-back, everything is available. Including the organized bike tours.

We aren't used to much, and I didn't look at the price. The previous two places I checked were full, and there was plenty of room here, even for my camper weighing over 3.5 tons and measuring 8.8 meters. Electricity is indeed €1 per 1000Wh (no idea how much my camper guzzles, and it took a bit of searching for euros). The parking lot belongs to a nice swimming pool and a nice little harbor; the water is a 200-meter walk away. I think it's fine (except for those loose euros for the electricity).
