We really enjoyed our stay here! The spot is nicely sheltered yet close to the water. We didn't find the outdoor shower, but the toilet cubicle looked fine. We were able to enjoy cooking in the covered area. In the morning, we sat enjoying a long, delicious breakfast at the large picnic table by the water: what a sense of peace this area exudes! There are also walking routes marked out on the map.

We felt so welcome and relaxed here. No rules, no designated spots, absolutely no luxury washrooms, no shops. Instead, a lovely sheltered site, a nice warm shower, and an incredibly hospitable Ole who is happy to give tips about the area. The Bulbjerg is almost around the corner and the small harbor of Thorup with its fishing boats is beautiful! A lovely area for cycling and walking. Cash only.

What a wonderful place! Everything is perfect: clean and plenty of bathrooms, a cozy space to sit inside, outside, or by the river, a kitchen, and separate waste disposal. The Dutch owner is happy to provide plenty of tips about the surrounding area if you ask. It's a great base for exploring all the beautiful things in the area. Highly recommended.

We ended up here by accident after a long drive. The reception was unmanned, but there's a phone number: "Find a spot, I'll come by tomorrow morning to settle the bill." It's bizarre that only five spots are occupied on such a large and beautiful site. We cooked and ate under the canopy while it was raining. The restrooms are clean and warm. There's a play area for the children. It's also located on a lake.

5 stars because we stayed at one of the five most beautiful spots: right at the bottom, near the harbor. No electricity. Excellent sanitary facilities. The campsite is huge. The spot reserved for us was right by the entrance. It gets packed during the day. From there, it's at least a thousand steps to the harbor where you can swim. There's also a path from the campsite to a small beach. The challenging walk to and through Malmön is highly recommended.

Fantastic place! We had a spacious place and felt alone in the world. From here cycled 11 km to the ferry to Tiengemeten. We can't say anything about the plumbing because it was closed. We thought it was wonderful to sit here, watch, drink and eat ....
