It's a beautiful place if you love boats and water, especially if you're right at the front. The facilities are excellent, and there are plenty of cycling and boating options, including the ferry. Don't worry about the price; just enjoy the wonderful location on such beautiful water.

Cycle path to Goslar from the campsite is of coarse grit, but you can reach beautiful Goslar in no time. It's just a pity that a lot of traffic comes right past the campsite and that causes a lot of noise. GeKe

Really worth five stars. For 17 euros you have a beautiful place with all basic amenities in beautiful surroundings and with the option to buy luxury according to your own needs. It couldn't be better. And there are people around you. Enjoy cycling on the Elbe cycle path. If you don't like all that, then go one CP further.

This is an excellent CP. Everything you could need is available for a reasonable price. Close to the city and fun entertainment at the Kanu Club. Wonderful on grass and with plenty of space around you.

This is a wonderful campsite. Clean, tidy, friendly people, a lovely swimming pool and excellent sanitary facilities and you are standing on a beautifully manicured lawn with trees on the Weser. You couldn't ask for better.

The only advantage of this campsite is that the pitch we had was large although the price was accordingly. But the plumbing was so filthy. And few toilet buildings. It was busy but certainly not overcrowded despite peak season. The announced program for the children was not there. There are few play facilities. Buns not widely available. And then it was the most expensive campsite for us this trip 98 euros for two nights.

This is a very nice place. And because almost every village here has a museum, these camping facilities also participate. But nice warm water and lots of rest. Swimming spot with sandy beach is also very nice. Village is nice and a beautiful wild animal (set up) museum Naturum.

The CP is fine, equipped with everything you need. The price is fine, the electricity is not expensive. What makes the place strange is that in '44 in the 2nd WW it was a hospital for German bombed civilians from surrounding cities and 'outlanders' or prisoners of war. The barracks are reminiscent of other forms of 'barracks'. especially if you are there on Liberation Day.

This is a very nice cp. electricity and all care for 10 euros per day. And beautiful cycling routes on the Eder. Not to mention the beautiful town. Don't tell anyone but use it.

This campsite has a neat sanitary building, but otherwise of poor quality. Messy terrain many long camping spots so there is little grass on the site. Lots of lying around and totally destroyed children's toys on the property. Contrary to what the app indicates, no empty place for gray water because it is a campsite, the owner spoke to Reception is not visible on arrival. So put a clear signpost at the entrance

This is an uninviting campsite. bare but spacious. Mister charged 30.50 for an overnight stay while our previous Dutchman had to pay 27 euros. the difference was in the length of the motorhome, sir said. to which I said that I had already paid for it when I bought it! And that in all very spacious places. But after a few nights on German cp a spacious hot shower was nice.

Wonderful campsite as a campsite should be. Friendly and service minded owners. Beautiful fields with many trees and the children's families nicely separated from the elderly. Sanitary facilities are fine, the water for washing dishes is wonderfully hot. Really a campsite to recommend also for the area.

New owners so new prices and different rules. Hopefully they keep the campers separate from the caravans otherwise it will be a mess and the campers will stay away from this otherwise great camper place. Paying per vehicle and person is also not a motorhome thing and you do not often find it on motorhome pitches. This campsite is a gem. Especially if you like peace, wind and good food. Dina and Benny also run a lodging house in the large old farm where Dina cooks delicious food (table d'hote). Two paved camper pitches will soon be made so that you can leave this spot at any time. But if the weather is dry, you can enjoy the orchard. Cycle around Lauwersmeer or visit Zouwersmeer. The sanitary facilities are extremely simple.

A very good motorhome. The only thing that is strange is the washing up area. No countertop, but a container where you can spray cold water over your dishes by means of a long hose. While there really is a sign for washing up area! That could be better. Furthermore, a nice place, especially if you can stand next to a lawn. And the environment and possibilities are great!

This campsite is nice and very spacious and is located on the beautiful island of Tholen. And has many advantages. You would almost forget the negatives such as no toilet paper and paying for WiFi. Dear entrepreneur, take a toilet roll system with a lock on it for two rolls and increase the price with one euro and add the WiFi for free. That is the trend in camper and camping land. for the rest really great! And we will be back for sure.

This is a very neat, tidy campsite with very friendly owners. Plumbing is very clean and with underfloor heating which is really nice. And the campsite is quietly located on a cycle path. There is nothing to criticize, so a good 10 of us!

A great small very green campsite. Especially for people who like shade. Friendly owner who is constantly busy with sprinklers to keep the grass green. There is 1 crane on the campsite and therefore very little during this corona time. It is not possible to discharge dirty water. Well is clogged and there are cars in front of it so you can not reach it. The area is very nice for cycling and walking.

This is a great site especially if you as grandparents look after your little granddaughter. Many children's toys. Nice environment. Negatives are the air traffic above your head and absolute downside: no toilet paper in the toilets. That is no longer possible in 2019. There are many beautiful paper systems that stop waste. The manager is busy with other matters. Camping feels like a side issue.

This is a great site, really just everything you need. Clean bathrooms and spacious places. And very quiet at night. The owner and his son are very friendly. The dead-end road that you always have to cycle (in our case) is the only thing that is annoying but it is only 1.3 km. The area is delightful with Den Helder with cultural heritage a discovery. And the dunes and sea.

Well-designed CP. Beautiful view of the IJssel. Sanitary neat. Friendly volunteer who co-manages. Registering via website is fine. But you can also make money in an envelope. At the entrance it is not immediately clear that the toilet block floats in the harbor. Better indicate so that you are not looking at the (closed) hotel in front of the entrance.

A beautiful CP. Cozy close to the town of Hattem. And a view of the boats of the marina. Sanitary is good. Shame about the 50 cents for the shower. That was not said at registration and then you stand in the shower and there is no water because of the 50 cents that is not in your pampering bag. That alone is a pity fine. And top up the toilet with a full CP paper and soap in the winter.

This large campsite was completely full during the heat wave. As a result, the toilet block was overloaded and the garbage containers too. A beautiful place. The only downside is the road to it but as a co-driver is always less fun. Very nice and helpful owner. In September with wonderful weather been here. Everything just fine but one major flaw: there was no toilet paper in the toilets! That's not of this time and definitely not suitable for further fine camping and friendly owner.

The camp is excellent and the facilities too. Perfect location near the village and the Donauradweg For 17 euro price ACSI and 5.5 euros in taxes not expensive considering extreme traffic. A lot of heavy traffic rumbles along except between 22:00 and 5:00 pm.

This camp is perfect for visiting the city. With one bus you are in the center. Marta is a perfect hostess. She has to buy bus tickets so you drive so into town. The plumbing could use an upgrade but thus gives a certain charm to the place.
