A beautifully situated spot. Pure nature and tranquility. All the necessary amenities, everything very well-maintained and clean. What bothered us a bit was the untreated concrete flooring in the bathroom/toilet area. The owner, a native Englishwoman, radiates joy and dedication to her job. Fantastic. A beautiful place integrated into pastureland on the farm. If you can't sleep, just count sheep! Very clean sanitary facilities. Very friendly manager. Rarely have I seen such a lovingly designed place. Clean, well maintained, very friendly manager, excellent information material. The access road to the place doesn't give you any idea what to expect. We would come back again and again.

Since 2003 we have been staying here with Mrs. Joost at her wonderful campsite. If you want to experience nature, peace and the idyll of bygone times, you can't find a more beautiful place. If you are looking for the peace and charm of an old ferry station, this is the place for you! All facilities except chemical toilet available and everything is simple but very clean. 15 euros including everything. Larger operation only on weekends. Shady stand on meadow possible. Fantastic, small place with everything the transit needs. Very neat and clean. When we arrived the place was taken, the owners offered us to stand next door at the sheep paddock. Since we are self-sufficient in electricity, no problem. Water, chemical toilet, toilets/showers within easy reach, drinking water within reach. 2 nights for £20. Fishguard Harbor is 12 km away. Always my pleasure. Access for large Womos not recommended.

Meanwhile 2 new sanitary containers on site. very clean and well maintained. Sufficient power connections available. Very helpful and friendly groundskeeper. Super nice. great for dog owners. In the winter night with electricity but without plumbing and supply possible. Cross-country skiing!
