More flies and then some than I have ever seen anywhere, including around dairy farms, compost heaps and pig slurry! Service point water supply a joke. You'd need a calendar to time it. Drove by today and there appears to be major work going on in the Area. Services platform looks new but rest of area looks like a construction site. Drove 300m alongside the lake to parking for an outdoor wrestling arena, opposite to the Embarcadero for boats on the lake. Several other vans here. No services but convenient.

Just a carpark, albeit staffed in the day. Good deal of road noise but very well placed for the ferry to the island in the lake and the citadel. We were charged €20 (€10 for the day plus €10 overnight) until 10am the following morning. To be honest, Ioannina can probably be ticked off if you arrive mid morning and leave mid afternoon.
