Up on the mountain, you'll find shady, airy pitches. Swimming in clean water is free. Greywater disposal is a bit of a challenge on the winding road. We went to Olympia by e-bike; it was no problem.

With temperatures reaching 35°C in the shade, we continued driving as there was no shaded parking available for our campervan. The next 5-star campsite, Thelia, is about 10 km south.

The beach hasn't been cleaned in ages; everything is in a bad state. The light fixtures on the beach are just bare sockets. The toilet blocks are clean but ancient. We only stayed one night. Based on the reviews, we expected something better.
