May 18th 2025. We had a pleasant reception from a young man who showed us to our pitch in the shade. Toilet & shower facilities clean and functional , plenty of hot water for the showers. Bar & restaurant €16.50 per night for motorhome, two adults & electricity

Great location for walking into the city and the lighthouse is about a 30 minute walk for average fitness. Good facilities and friendly staff. We stayed two nights, 16 / 17th Jan 20. The first night was very quiet but the second night had some deep base thumping music from a party group in the marina bar, they did eventually leave at 1am.

Arrived here on 19th Jan 20 to find the site closed. If travelling out of season I would phone first.

Stayed for 2 nights arriving 23rd Dec 19. Friendly reception, cash only no cards or cheques. Pitches might be a bit too tight for larger motorhomes, our 6m van was fine. Toilet / shower facilities look almost new, very good. Glad the site was open as not many are this time of year. Nice walks on the coastal paths. Very quiet, but only us and one other van.

We arrived 1/1/2020 to a friendly reception from the hotel desk, the usual campsite reception is closed in the winter. The showers were lovely and hot. The site was lovely and quiet. A bus into the city runs from outside the campsite every hour, costs €3 return per person, an excellent service. We are glad this site was open, an excellent base for Salamanca and surrounding area.

We stopped here in a campervan for two nights , 28, 29th December 2019. Not many campsites open so we were glad this was open. Friendly reception, lovely hot showers which we appreciated as it was -2 C overnight , clean facilities. Small shop selling bread and other essentials. Electricity supply seemed good too.

I've had to leave 2 * to leave review. Arrived on 30.12.2019 to find site closed. Would recommend giving them a call if your traveling during the winter months

Arrived about 4pm and was the only campervan in the car park. A lot of the car park is sloping but I found some level ground over to the right as you enter. Lupo supermarket is great and we stocked up before the new year's day closure. I just wish VW T5 vans wouldn't park next to me with their noisey doors and occupants getting up in the night to use the local tree as they have no loo onboard

Pleasant site for a stop over just before Christmas. Clean toilets and showers and good hot water. Heated indoor swimming pool looked tempting but I did bring swimming garments as it's December and didn't expect those type of facilities to be available, I know for next time A major supermarket is just a 10 minute walk. Friendly reception and very helpful in loaning me a ladder to repair an awning.

Excellent campsite, very friendly reception . Sanitary facilities excellent. Very peaceful in a wooded setting. Very convenient for the A30 autoroute, Almelo is a pleasant town a short bike ride away. We will definitely be back.

We were here in lovely weather and the setting is beautiful. You can see Puffins flying offshore.....use binoculars. Also spotted Golden Eagle . NOK 50 for camping and NOK50 for water. Water and bin available from side of building.
