Large camper place on the water and close to the city. Pricey, but including all facilities, incl. shower.
Sitecode: 81422
Great place for a night. Right next to the road, no problems.
Sitecode: 28859
Super touristic place, so busy, both at the campsite and in the village. Despite that we had a great stay, with a nice walk to the waterfall and by boat through the fjord we left for our next destination.
Sitecode: 95767
We were at the beginning of June on the large parking lot diagonally across the street because this side was full. Also fine. The road is, especially in the evening and at night, quiet. Beautiful walks to make.
Sitecode: 107060
Parking is also for cars, not clear which places are available for campers. Popular place to go for a walk, so a lot of driving in and out, also from parents who bring their child to the outdoor daycare. Great to visit Trondheim, we did it by bike.
Sitecode: 30217
Despite the fact that it is actually a large parking lot, still a nice place to stand, especially if you have a spot on the water. Town is right next to it and supermarket almost on the camper place itself.
Sitecode: 81980
Beautifully situated small campsite, we love it, simple, but everything is available.
Sitecode: 28652
Quiet place to stay. Beautiful hiking trails to the special stave church.
Sitecode: 77391
Beautifully situated campsite. An hour's walk from the lighthouse.
Sitecode: 103261
The photo shows the part where only cars are allowed to park. Campers only on the small parking lot in front. Tram stop next door to go into town and nice recreation area for walking, swimming etc. past the parking lot.
Sitecode: 101795
Great place on the water at the lovely Fjaerland with second-hand books in all kinds of places.
Sitecode: 103529
Always handy: arranging your sanitary matters on the road. Not very neat.
Sitecode: 156348
Nice spot on the water, very dated sanitary facilities, but clean. Friendly reception. Good to visit Runde, can be done by bike.
Sitecode: 6975
Beautifully situated on the water, great to stand, no unsafe experience. Toilet unloading area was unusable, everything clogged. Right next to the main road, no real nuisance experienced, not even from the trucks.
Sitecode: 99345
Nice place, near historical landmark.
Sitecode: 161493
Large parking lot, also for overnight stay. Close to tram stop to the city. No facilities, payment is also possible with bank/credit card.
Sitecode: 84217
What a beautiful spot, especially if you can stand right on the water. Baking fire to stoke a fire, fishing possible, but with a permit I believe.
Sitecode: 161117
Large, quiet parking lot, high above Molde. Hiking possibilities.
Sitecode: 102408
Great place to visit Stavanger, right on the quay. Popular place, people are already driving back and forth from the morning for a spot. There were also campers on the non-parking spots (space between the campers, which in Norway often has to be 4 m.). When checked, nothing was said about it, but maybe a fine afterwards? Paying by phone, which should be possible, did not work, so I installed the app.
Sitecode: 19611
Just outside the nice town of Skudeneshaven. At the front it is more of a camper place, further back more beautifully situated places. Super nice campsite owner, gives a lot of information on arrival and is very helpful.
Sitecode: 58688
Excellent based on use of the facilities, very nice along the road. No overnight stay.
Sitecode: 11112
Beautifully situated campsite at the end of the road to the Briksdal glacier, which you can walk to from the campsite.
Sitecode: 57483
4 stars for use as a service place, we did not stay overnight here.
Sitecode: 106259
Nice place, just had to figure out how to pay and the sanitary facilities don't look very attractive, in the cellars of a former youth hostel with leaves blowing around, etc.
Sitecode: 59886
Great place to visit Chambery on a well-maintained cycle path. Right next to a glider/sports aircraft field.
Sitecode: 4691
Quiet, free place to stay for a night. Free facilities, electricity paid.
Sitecode: 99508
Lovely campsite, right on the Tarn and village across the street with bakery, supermarket and restaurants, it can't be more French! Basic sanitary facilities, but everything works and is clean. Walking, cycling, lazing around, whatever you want.
Sitecode: 10414
Great for visiting Vichy and cycling.
Sitecode: 3007
Free place, park through, bridge over and you are in the city. The place itself and traffic noise you take for granted!
Sitecode: 107391
Great location, right next to the bridge, which takes you straight into the city.
Sitecode: 83046
Great place while traveling, village around the corner, paid facilities.
Sitecode: 99802
Beautifully situated camper place without facilities, directly on the D5, where you are not bothered by it. Beautiful hiking trails directly from the place. St. Remy de Provence and Les Beaux des Provence nearby.
Sitecode: 107080
Beautifully situated on the Saone, with grass strip next to the campsite. Spacious pitches. Sanitary facilities somewhat poor. Village within walking distance with doed restaurant directly over the bridge. Excellent cycling area.
Sitecode: 78535
Nice campsite. Now called Bivouac de L'Eygues, on the river. With pebble beaches. In April the restaurant is not open yet.
Sitecode: 2552
A very nice, quiet place to stay for a night. The village has no shops or bakery. For โฌ3,- you can use the facilities by means of money in an envelope. We found it worth more.
Sitecode: 97357
Beautifully situated in the forest with many possibilities for activities in the area. Spacious places, good sanitary facilities and delicious food in the Herberg. Friendly reception.
Sitecode: 89416
Beautiful, well-maintained camper place! Spacious places, excellent sanitary facilities. We were with several campers and last week we could sit comfortably inside in the evening in the recreation room, great! And of course in a beautiful environment, wonderful cycling and walking.
Sitecode: 586
Nice place just behind the dike, next to the locks. Within walking distance of the harbor.
Sitecode: 594
Indeed a beautiful location right next to the shipping route of enormous seagoing vessels. Despite that too expensive for actually nothing more than a parking space. Harbor, beach and terraces nearby
Sitecode: 28282
Campsite at the southern tip of Rรผgen. Park, beach, harbour next to the campsite. By ferry or by bike to Stralsund is a nice excursion.
Sitecode: 100430
Great place for a night on the way. City not very special.
Sitecode: 666
The camper place was full, so we spent the night in the parking lot. Also fine, with enough space, a bit of green and space to sit outside. Within walking distance of the very touristic village.
Sitecode: 967
Nicely situated place, with excellent sanitary facilities. Electricity did raise questions, we were very quickly through the kilowatt hour of electricity!
Sitecode: 59780
Directly on the water and in the evening very cozy terraces. Within walking distance of the city. Pricey for a place without facilities.
Sitecode: 15197
Great spot on the water for a night to visit the city. We have stayed at similar places that were much more expensive.
Sitecode: 20078
Special place at the harbour, with a pleasant atmosphere of shops and terraces. The Kraftwerk is within walking distance on the other side of the harbour. From the large field the facilities are quite far away.
Sitecode: 58052
We were here end of aug. The restaurant was not open. Sanitary facilities quite basic. Very uneven ground, even with blocks not straight. Good location to explore the north of Rรผgen. Pricey for what you get.
Sitecode: 19311
Super quiet place within cycling distance of the coast and ferry services to the Wadden Islands.
Sitecode: 64206
Camping 'at the end of the world'. Directly behind the dike and close to the large storm surge barrier. Beautiful cycling opportunities. Sanitary facilities are fine. Wonderful for a few quiet days.
Sitecode: 20178
Rather bare terrain, along a busy road, but with shower and toilet and close to the city, boulevard and maritime museum.
Sitecode: 72147
Parking lot next to a park, directly on the river Peene. Quiet place, we did not feel unsafe. Town not very special.
Sitecode: 675
Handy place to visit the town. Somewhat unclear where exactly you are allowed to stay overnight.
Sitecode: 102752
Small camper place at swimming pool, where toilet and shower can be used. Coast and village nearby. Sufficient for a single night.
Sitecode: 76844
What a nice, cozy campsite. Super nice living room on the 'village square' with entertainment for both the youngest and older children. Even without children it is great to stay here. The owners started here last year and have really turned it into a very nice place.
Sitecode: 24808
Great spot, quiet and wine tasting on the doorstep.
Sitecode: 53524
Great place for a night if you are passing through. When we were there on April 10, it was very windy, which can often be the case here. There is no real shelter.
Sitecode: 15581
5 stars because of the location and the well-appointed grounds. The pitches are slightly offset from each other, so you are not looking directly at the camper in front of you. Even in the back row you can still see a bit of the sea. We are not really fans of straight-forward terrain, but here we took it in stride.
Sitecode: 104392
What a special place, in the middle of the date palm and all kinds of other beautiful plants and flowers. Very quiet, but you can easily get out by bike and ride past orange and lemon trees, artichoke and pomegranate bushes to, for example, Elche or the beach. Facilities are very basic, but adequate
Sitecode: 64112
Stayed here one night on April 2. We dared to do it because there were several campers and we were assured that staying overnight was allowed. 'in the morning It was already completely full early. You better come at the end of the day. But yes, if it is really prohibited.....Very unfortunate, because you can walk straight into the old city.
Sitecode: 65356
This place is indeed no longer indicated as a camper place. Despite that, we went there anyway, too late and the weather was too bad to continue driving. Quiet, no unsafe feeling. Several campers stopped at the sanitary spot. You can still discharge water and empty your toilet if you use your own waste water to rinse the cassette.
Sitecode: 98696
Very nicely located, no more facilities. You can easily stay here for several days. Walking along the river from your camper,
Sitecode: 91637
Quiet place for an overnight stay in transit
Sitecode: 22031
Calm spot. Sani was not (yet?) in operation.
Sitecode: 83046
Great for one or more overnight stays. Everything you need at hand.
Sitecode: 98526
Great place for a few days of walking and/or cycling. Good sanitary facilities, friendly welcome and information about the area.
Sitecode: 26100
Large campsite at hotel with swimming pool. Friendly welcome, bus to Salamanca on the doorstep.
Sitecode: 12785
Pleasant looking grounds. Great for a visit to Madrid with the metro station nearby.
Sitecode: 108274
Great place for an overnight stay while traveling.
Sitecode: 64044
Great place to spend the night, quiet, with sanitary facilities for water intake and drainage.
Sitecode: 19260
We only parked here to visit the city. The part for campers was available again on Saturday after the market, but on the other part there were many campers that seemed to be staying put for the night.
Sitecode: 104431
Nice place to spend a night. Village and supermarket 500 m away and restaurant on your doorstep.
Sitecode: 14599
Large, well-maintained, but without atmosphere, camper place. Had no problems with traffic noise. To cycle to Aigues Mortes you have to cycle a short distance along the busy road, but otherwise take a quiet road along the water.
Sitecode: 13239
New young owners, warmly welcomed. Charming, super quiet campsite. No more bakery or supermarket, but bread service. Walking routes from the campsite.
Sitecode: 55521
Great place for a night in transit.
Sitecode: 21891
Nice campsite to stay for a few days. Village has two bakeries and a small grocer. Nice cycling around the Thau.
Sitecode: 4476
3 stars because of the location near the beach and Cap d'Agde. The camper place itself is neglected and not worth โฌ13.
Sitecode: 15009
Quiet place, no electricity and no water. Fine for a night.
Sitecode: 105013
The review below is incorrect, no swimming pool and no free public transport. The campsite is beautifully situated on the Neckar, with good cycling and walking opportunities. The site has a lot of potential with just new owners. There is still a lot of renovation going on, so we don't think it's worth the price now.
Sitecode: 58419
No. 1 for us this holiday, June 2023. Beautifully situated on a river, clean sanitary facilities, good service from super friendly owners who continue to put their shoulders to the wheel. Village is not very much, but a nice walk along the highlights. Take into account the height differences for both walking and cycling. But train and bus as resources are close by!
Sitecode: 58474
Beautifully situated campsite on the river Kinzig. In front of the motorhome barrier, where tents were also placed, it seems to be mixed up. Friendly owners, good sanitary facilities and terrace. Beautiful cycling and walking opportunities. I see that the price has now been adjusted here, we still saw โฌ 26.50, also in the info. on the spot, but paid id. almost โฌ34,-. incl. an amount for the disposal of bulky waste, apparently (regular?) guests leave rubbish behind?
Sitecode: 27240
Small-scale site on the edge of the beautiful village and the monastery grounds.
Sitecode: 3072
Great location to visit Baden Baden, but along a busy road and โฌ 12 to stand. All facilities against payment, where the sani column does not function properly.
Sitecode: 84637
Nice place, especially around the pond. But to speak of luxury places goes too far. We were warmly welcomed, but were not given any information about how to use the hotel facilities. There is no current around the pond yet, this was told on arrival. This did not affect the price. This has been adjusted during checkout after questions from us about this.
Sitecode: 26701
More than a parking lot as a motorhome, for โฌ9, with terrace and possibility to shower for โฌ1. We have sometimes paid more in bare parking lots. We came in the busy Pentecost weekend, but there was still a spot above the site. Here you are right next to a not busy road that runs between the vineyards. Fine for us
Sitecode: 101582
The site itself is not very special, three terraces against a mountain with partly permanent pitches. The middle terrace is for shorter stays, that's where we stood and on the other side of the driveway is a field for tents and a field for campers, which we find less attractive. Beautiful nature, village 10 minutes walk. You climb up to the castle in an hour. Nice sanitary facilities. In short, a great place for a few days for a reasonable price.
Sitecode: 99081
Good location to visit Koblenz and to cycle in the area. The terrain looks a bit messy here and there, but that also has its charm. One price, โฌ13,-, for all facilities. Will be picked up personally in the evening or in the morning.
Sitecode: 5419
We have been at the campsite. Despite the indication that the campsite was full, we were still able to go. Always asking pays off โบ๏ธ The camper place in front of the campsite was always well occupied or full during the 4 days we were here. Great location for cycling along the Titisee to the village and further away. Be prepared for steep climbs. Also nice for walking.
Sitecode: 341
Friendly-looking parking lot with space for 6 campers. This could easily be more, given the amount of campers that were here when we were here in June. Lots to do in the immediate area and town a 10 minute walk.
Sitecode: 9440
Great place to visit the impressive Vรถlklinger Hรผtte. Clearly indicated free camper pitches in a large parking lot. Electricity and water against payment.
Sitecode: 19560
Three places for motorhomes in a bus parking lot. No facilities, but almost next to the waterfall. Fine for one night.
Sitecode: 60666
Great camper place with everything you need. Super friendly reception.
Sitecode: 26784
Nice campsite on a beautiful site, well received. Opportunity to sit inside with several people, eg in the evening.
Sitecode: 10830
Great place for visiting beautiful, cozy and busy Obidos.
Sitecode: 26175
As said, uninviting bare plain, but with facilities and a view of Mafra. For 1 night fine between a visit to Sintra and the next day Mafra.
Sitecode: 72692
cozy square, toilets closed in the evening on arrival, end of May 2019
Sitecode: 70601
Large parking, not clear where the camper spots are. We were here May 22 and 23 and surprised that there was only one other camper. Ideal for crossing the ferry for a visit to Lisbon
Sitecode: 40566
No downside to think of. What a beautiful campsite, everything well cared for and clean, great places, camp store with ample assortment, village and beach within walking distance. For us the most beautiful campsite in this vacation. Were here in May.
Sitecode: 62548
What a service in a beautiful place. Even dishwashing and washing area. Cute village and mobile sellers who come by.
Sitecode: 60900
An 8 because of its location overlooking the fort. CP is a simple parking with spacious places. We were lucky, we were in the first rank in the camper in the evening with a view of a video show on the walls of the fort in front of us.
Sitecode: 27112
May 15-17. Were referred to the camper part, at the front of the site, where there was just one spot. Atmospheric part of the campsite. Very tight and bare places, you are almost sitting at the table with your neighbors. Further back, the terrain has more atmosphere with a lot of vegetation. A bit harder to find somewhat flat places if t is busier. Sanitary sufficient. Shop out of business.
Sitecode: 74556
Beautiful spot above the beach. Uneven terrain so find your place carefully. Make beautiful walks and from the camper into the sea.
Sitecode: 10757
Large parking space with normal parking spaces, so tight. The part for campers was closed due to a festival, 13 May. So we do not know if the places there are more spacious. No facilities, but great to visit Faro. Recommended is a boat trip through natural park Ria Formosa,
Sitecode: 9024
The special camper pitches are tight and have no shade. With full occupancy you are very close to each other We were here at the beginning of May and then it was not very busy. Sanitary sufficient. Nice swimming pool and 10 minutes by bike from the beach with a pleasant boulevard. Cycling to Tavira was good, despite the fact that the route runs along the main road.
Sitecode: 11636
Beautifully situated above the nice border village of Alcoutim. In the meantime we got used to the barking dogs, which we have heard very regularly during this vacation. We were here on May 10 and saw no one paying.
Sitecode: 73092
Were here on May 9, all places were occupied. Great place for visiting Evora, more than 10 minutes walk to the center. Everything you need present.
Sitecode: 41235
Great place to visit Tomatoes. All facilities available, except electricity, beautiful places and within walking distance of the town with the beautiful monastery.
Sitecode: 11634
Good place for visiting Coimbra. Small places We were here in the first week of May and then it was pretty busy.
Sitecode: 20987
Surrounded by nature on the edge of the Serra Estrella. Make beautiful walks. Supermarket across the street. Sanitary dated, but sufficient.
Sitecode: 22148
Stay overnight on May 4. Actually a mini camping site for campers, at a beautiful country house. Located above the city with indeed a steep access road. Funny to walk the short route via the cathedral to the city with a key from the gate. Good workout down all the stairs and then up again ๐
Sitecode: 60860
We were here in early May. Coordinates indicated the main street. We didn't like that. We saw campers on the other side, so we drove a little and turned to the left, crossed the bridge and left longest water. There we stood on the quay, under the orange trees with a view of the Douro. Village is beautifully situated on the river, with a particularly tiled station and plenty of opportunities for a boat trip
Sitecode: 5362
Were here on May 2. Nicely situated next to the castle park with picnic tables. Sanitary facilities free. We had a place upstairs, further down the places are rather sloping. Neighborhood supermarket on the other side of the road.
Sitecode: 28612
Were 2 nights here on the way to Portugal at the end of April. Well located to go to Burgos by bike. Campsite is indeed quite open, without separate places, but enough space.
Sitecode: 1665
Great for overnight stays in transit. No shops seen in the village.
Sitecode: 14749
Camper place in front of the campsite great for an overnight stay in transit, fresh bread at one of the bakers around the corner. We have not used the facilities at the campsite.
Sitecode: 13231
Nice place at the lake, but along the way, but not bothersome for us. Please note if necessary. market days, then you need the following morning early.
Sitecode: 28917
A night stood, regular daytime parking, no facilities, despite the thoroughfare lined, quiet place with a beach within reach.
Sitecode: 4912
Good, safe motorhome to visit Rome. Helpful staff, tram to center the door and supermarket across the street. Outdoor seating may, there is even a picnic area, shower, toilet (off) laundry facility. In short fine.
Sitecode: 47303
Not too big camping right on the lake, fifteen minute walk along the lake to nice and cozy town. Friendly reception. We were here in 1st week in June. In 't high season it might be busy and then maybe some tight spots.
Sitecode: 41070
Fine to stay for visiting Como. Pay between 8.00 and 20.00. For current pay separately. Arrive on time, busy rush hour in the city quickly filled to the end of the day and fourth places.
Sitecode: 28257
Nice place right on the lake. Cassette Toilet emptying was only in the waste water well, but whether that is really the point?
Sitecode: 7
Quiet place with no amenities within walking distance of Wildlife and downtown!
Sitecode: 21021
Beautifully situated on the fjord on their way to the North Cape. Quiet despite location next to the road.
Sitecode: 14526
Nice view over the water. Sanitary facilities now available and accessible through code that you receive upon signing up. Good to know that discharging and filling is done on the other side of the water. If that is required on arrival: do first before you stand. Karlskrona is a lovely town and plenty to do and see in the area. End of May 2015 stood a few nights here. Nice place, especially if you're on the water. Cassette can discharge across the street, also discharge water and filling. Only constancy is that the harbormaster's limited presence to sign up and pay.
Sitecode: 22354
Nicely located on Vรคttern. Road to it is good to drive. Wonderful for walks. July 13, 2015.
Sitecode: 28366
Beautifully situated at Gamla Uppsala. Lots of traffic, but quiet at night. July 8, 2015.
Sitecode: 9856
Within walking distance of the center with well-preserved old fishermen's quarter. Two places on the water.
Sitecode: 28175
Most beautiful motorhome on our eight-week trip through Scandinavia. Quietly situated in nature reserve Bjurรถklubb the Botanical Gulf.
Sitecode: 11477
Mix parking along busy road. Traffic noise.
Sitecode: 11916
Good stopover point along the route Kiruna-Luleรฅ.
Sitecode: 15250
Nice little campsite in beautiful surroundings.
Sitecode: 19143
Good place to visit Tromsรธ. We were here on June 25 2015. In the evening it was full.
Sitecode: 10202
Okay, pricey for basically no facilities. But you're somewhere: on the North Cape. Beautiful experience, shared with many other motor home.
Sitecode: 18970
Funny to hit mid-summer Christmas. Quite touristy and ugly souvenirs, but for an overnight stay. June 18, 2015.
Sitecode: 19689
June 18th 2015. No services. Ordinary parking lot between vehicles. Across from Santa is fun.
Sitecode: 21172
Quiet place at restaurant. Friendly owners.
Sitecode: 21061
Quiet place on the outskirts of the village. Nice view over water. Fine for a night. June 13, 2015.
Sitecode: 19216
June 2015. Large and pricey, but good connections to Helsinki and all the amenities available.
Sitecode: 19217
Good place after the crossings from Sweden. Beautiful surroundings and Turku is nice to visit. Beautifully situated, quiet campsite. Within cycling distance to Turku or by bus. June 2015.
Sitecode: 12517
Nice view over the water. Were here in May 2015. Payment was just searching. As well as the facilities, which were not all available.
Sitecode: 11940
Fine place for one night. Although no amenities, just off the ferry to Denmark.
