A very good parking space, even for very large motorhomes. Very friendly owners with a relaxed dog.

We stayed for three nights at pitch number 6 in the north. It was partly sunny and partly shady, with plenty of space and quite level. The washrooms (very, very clean), reception, restaurant, and beach were all within easy walking distance. Of course, you can hear the road, sometimes even at night; the site map points this out. It wasn't a problem for us. When we arrived, the reception was staffed by German-speaking employees, all very friendly and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything has been said about the advantages of this campsite and the city, but the fact that, despite many free spaces for the slightly shorter motorhomes, 7 of the 13 spaces for the +8m group are occupied by small vans or TIs is simply thoughtless and inconsiderate.

€7 including electricity and water. The toilet is currently closed. Access and parking space are large enough for a 9-meter motorhome. Fixed tables and benches, all right by the Yonne River. A little gem.

The traffic on the B54 was very loud until about 9 p.m., then it was quite quiet until 6 a.m. Herdecke has a lovely old town with many restaurants, etc. It's about a kilometer's walk. There were five camper vans here last night. We felt safe.

Plenty of space. No amenities whatsoever. Stone benches along the riverbank. Probably quiet. We just took a look around and then drove to the other side to the dam.

Somewhat secluded and quiet. Hardly any view of the river. We only looked at the spot and continued on to the Spanish side. Small grocery store in the village.

Fresh water with threaded connection. Two raised inlets for grey and black water. Cassette can be emptied easily; grey and black water from tanks must be pumped up or transported with a can, etc. No length restriction for motorhomes.
