A beautiful campsite, spacious pitches on gravel with grass area and separated by trees and shrubs. Calming surroundings where ducks from the pond wander. Lovely warm welcome, clean, hot showers and toilets with seats and toilet paper. Bakery and supermarket in cycling distance, intended to stay one night but we will stay again tonight, unfortunately we can’t stay any longer. Definitely recommended

what can I say! if you want to be under the 20ft trees with no sun, almost zero phone signal and music bumping out from the restaurant/bar then this is the place for you. the site is almost empty and still the need for b*ll*cks music bumping out from the bar! save me now please!

Saintes is beautiful and historic and this is a good location for a short walk to the city, the pool is clean and welcoming with loungers, the showers are hot a little dated but perfectly usable, the pitches are large with plenty of shade or sun, you can choose a pitch. Toilets are cleaned constantly and the staff are friendly and helpful. bar and restaurant with a simple menu, you can order baguettes croissants etc each day.

nice quiet site, plenty of shade under trees. pool was open but not heated, this was ok as it was 32d showers and wc,s ok. staff very friendly. we paid €20 inc electric and WiFi for one device.

This is the most beautiful place to stay, we have travelled extensively and this really is the best. The owners are respectful and friendly, the sanitary facilities are spotless and spacious, the grounds are immaculate and the pitches are of a generous size. Amazing views and a town close by for everything you need. Absolutely perfect we stayed longer than planned. Thank you

lovely quiet location, hosts are very welcoming. we were given a tour of the wine museum and and wine tasting. nice clean wc.

nice clean and quiet site, wc and showers dated but very clean. proper showers not push button ones :). just outside the gate is a bus stop that will take you into Dax for €1. we paid €14.49 for two people no electric. would return again

lovely site, wc and showers good. pool well received it 40 degree heat! Only downside is that as it’s near the river the mosquitoes are plentiful

lovely hostess, very helpful and friendly. shower and toilet block very clean but not much privacy and water to shower was cold, shame as the block looked as if it was new. we did suffer adjoining Dutch campers standing in a circle thinking it was amusing as their dogs barked at each other!!

wonderful place, free electric, wc’s with toilet seat. we were the only ones there at the time, if it hadn’t been for the poor weather we would have stayed a few days. shop and bar next door. the owner of the shop and bar is a tad miserable tho :)

we didn’t stay as they only had squatting wc’s although if this isn’t an issue it was a lovely sleepy French village in literally the middle of nowhere

neglected toilets and shower, it appears that no effort is made to maintain the washroom. ara was quiet with short walk into village, some bars and a few essential shops. ok for one night if you don’t mind “any port in a storm wc’s)

lovely place, nice and quiet, supermarket a few kilometres away in Sax, bread service available just order the day before. great hosts, very friendly and helpful. showers,WC, washing up area and washing machine all just right. nice place to chill out, with good size pitches.

nice and quiet site close to supermarkets and restaurants. a few long stay vans here appear to be friends of the owner. would have given more stars if owner had not given out friends reserved pitch(paid for) to another camper who planned on staying longer. friends were on route and had to try and find another site.

Nice quite area, we stayed one night, no one collected money so free night! Only downside no WC
