A 2013 CP campsite raises false expectations. It's a well-located, traditional campsite with good facilities. The paved section has small pitches (<7m), adjacent to/opposite each other, with a walking path to the campsite and storage area. Good restroom facilities.

Young cp, with young enthusiastic owners, in development: driveways still further finished, trees/low shrubs in planting, recognizable flags/signs at cp. Rural open field with beautiful views. Easy to drive to. Steam (10amp) and water supply excellent. As well as the clean and spacious sanitary facilities. Good sani-options. In short, an excellent cp that is worth a visit!

Have been coming here for years on the road. Excellent free cp with facilities. With the increase in large campers with trailers unfortunately abuse of the available places, see photo, by some, not all!, heavy users who occupy 8 places and thus deny others a place on this always busy cp! Point of attention for the municipality?

Busy cp, not a camping site (!), with excellent facilities. Reservations are wise. Sometimes some steering skills are required. Reception very friendly and helpful.

Essentially a mobile home park, with a few camper/camping spots. Basic sanitary facilities. Adequate for an overnight stay.

No CP pure sang (also tolerated other campers on camper pitches). Spacious/good places with 220v/6a and water taps nearby. New shower/toilet unit, 2x and 1x old building at the end of the CP. Sani complies, no separate water taps). Badly marked! You quickly drive the wrong way and then arrive at the adjacent camping area. Follow the N388 and turn onto the road at hectometer marker 19.6! At the entrance to the camp there is a sign with instructions.

Excellent municipal. Long access road along water/cycle path, turn right before the bridge at the indication sign. Point of attention for manager: the many off-leash and stray dogs!

Excellent CP with Euro relay. It is wise to install the PVerde app in advance. See photos for procedure. The barrier opens from 6 p.m., after reservation via the app. You can make the reservation on site, with the advantage that you can enter the CP for free from 12 noon, if there is room. Then start your reservation on the previous day! The CP is also suitable for larger campers. Bread available in the village at bar or best.auto 12.30 pm

Busy functional cp to visit Peniche. The new sanitary building, with coin system, is unfortunately (too) often used by others, including surfers camping wildly. There appears to be no control/supervision on this.

In addition to the previous: man in a blue apartment, see photo, manages the CP/port and to avoid lengthy discussions, especially in the Netherlands, park next to each other on the concrete slab with the cabin facing the river!

Fine and beautiful place that is threatened in its existence by a construction plan of hotel rooms / apartments. After completion, Balk will no longer have a CP, because the campsite/CP further on has already been swallowed up by project developers. There is also dissatisfaction among villagers about this state of affairs and a petition has been started that campers can also sign, also online. Hopefully Balk will remain a place with room for various recreationists!

Visited other cp in the area, but opted for the wide view and the basic facilities of Brugzicht: clean toilet / shower unit, dump chemical toilet / waste water and electricity according to use. Gray water tank can be discharged in the village, see site cc. A cp that will be preferred by the true camper!

As far as accessibility, pitches and facilities are concerned, this is not a suitable cp for campers. Or should it be a challenge to maneuver your motorhome on an uneven path through the narrow entrance on the uneven? The location has its charms, unfortunately dominated by alternative wohnmobil during our arrival.

Stood on both camping and camping site. Good experience. An open / spacious whole with good facilities and friendly owners. The CP is still under development, advice / tips are welcome. The narrow access road is not a problem in practice.

Well-visited 3.0 camper place, where you pay according to use via an automated system. On balance, with normal use of the facilities, you will end up with approximately € 15 per day.

Prima quiet and well-kept (prima sani) place for the self-sufficient camper. No clutter about toilet / shower and whether or not a friendly manager: this is there and will not be, and the manager is and remains friendly! The Texel sheep chatted along nicely. Recommended!

For an experienced camper a good and full place, good sani, for a short stay. Excellent initiative of the municipality, where the management is in the hands of the campsite. The costs are very reasonable: € 15 p / n and € 1 for 2 kwh of electricity via automatic.

Great place to stand. Some activity in the vicinity, which is not disturbing. € 15 is the usual price if shower room, toilet already present, has been realized. Friendly owner camps himself, which you will find at the Sani facility. You stand spacious with an unobstructed view. We will definitely come back and give a 10 if the "tire breakers" at the Saniop / exit are resolved.

Small well-kept campsite, ideally located in relation to the beach and sea. In addition to the "pastures", the campsite has a "lane", where you can stand next to each other with campers, with sufficient space between them. Take a drain hose with you, each place has, besides water and electricity, a gray water connection. Dirty water can also be discharged at the entrance of the campsite, but this is not ideal.

Delicious strawberries! Owner André is very helpful, cheerful and always in for a chat! Do you want to stay a day longer? No problem for André, if he cannot, he will be whistled back by his wife, who manages the business side. She also arranged an alternative pitch at her daughter's mini-camping when we threatened to be displaced 1 evening! Perfect, worth a 10!

Casual stay on a spacious farm campsite with good facilities. The pitches are situated in such a way that a nice connection is created with the surroundings, this in contrast to the private circles and lanes of other small campsites.

Well located relative to Appingedam and cycling routes. Facilities basic. The camping site has character, of course, but that does not alter the fact that timely mowing would be pleasant. The manager was in our case little helpful, refused to use the washing machine after we accidentally ended up in a mess with the bike.

With a camper of normal dimensions, the route over Bages is easy to do if you drive underneath the village. So not the navigation route through the village, where the risk of getting stuck is great. The above route goes through very beautiful nature. The cp is located in this area and is, albeit basic, a good place to stay.

Good and quiet cp close to main route. In transit and as a self-sufficient camper, € 5 euros paid. Offering these types of facilities logically also has an economic reason, in this case you pay extra for purchasing other items (see below) and buying cider and related products is appreciated. The cider is of excellent quality! Good and friendly contact.

This place in the middle of the buildings is not a cp, but has a simple sani facility with the indication no parking. In the parking lot in front of the museum you can easily park who's not with a camper. The aforementioned place behind the museum, a non-attractive concrete slab, could possibly provide an overnight stay.

Reviews out of frustration, for example if the campsite appears closed, give a 1, are not justified and fair with regard to the average score. Formerly dated campsite that is being converted into a 5-star residence. Currently the dichotomy between old and new part is still clearly present. Camper owners are received in a friendly way and are allowed to take a place of their choice. The new camper / caravan area has spacious pitches with electricity and water. The good sani is somewhat unfortunate, which involves a lot of driving back and forth.

Jan, the manager, asks every day in the relevant language: "are you all right?" If this is answered in the affirmative, he asks: "Toppie, Toppie?" and cheerfully continues its way upon confirmation. This is characteristic of the good atmosphere on this much-visited CP. There is no doubt about the helpfulness and dedication of Jan et al. Within the Portuguese possibilities (eg moderate elec.net).

We subscribe to the good quality of this large and busy CP. The manager wants to know the duration of stay related to discounts in advance. He then asks for direct payment in advance. If you indicate that you do not want to record this as a legitimate camper, you charge a higher daily rate (€ 8.50 instead of € 7.50). You can extend per day before noon, otherwise your place will be canceled.

Great resting point after visiting many, in Brittany often fine, cp's. The pricing on the app is not correct, is lower. In addition, the reduced acs (cc) rate is used in the low season and late season, the acceptance period in autumn is 30/9!
