Hospitable Erik makes sure you have everything you need. You can even get draft beer and a special frikandel (fried sausage) here. A great camper site with clean restrooms.
Sitecode: 160243
Nice place, but you do need to know how to use a CCP pass. If you're not a member, you'll have to wait at the barrier for ten minutes to check in.
Sitecode: 107100
Very pleasant stay, the bathroom facilities are basic. Friendly manager. Beautiful town, worth a visit.
Sitecode: 98331
A beautiful 80-year-old woman who goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Every morning, we enjoy a delicious breakfast together with all the guests. A free washing machine is available. There are two showers and two toilets. Only five spots available, so it's best to call ahead. Some campervan spots are unforgettable, and this is one of them. Highly recommended.
Sitecode: 75388
The staff is friendly, contrary to previous reports. The bathroom facilities are a bit dated but work fine. A lovely cycling route (bike path) along the coast. We stayed one night.
Sitecode: 73046
Stayed here for one night. Great location, very quiet. Walked to Maratea and all the way up to Redentore, phew...phew.
Sitecode: 74789
A very friendly man at the reception desk who provides you with all the information about the area. He arranges everything for you. The camper site is a bit messy, but that's typical of Sicily. We paid €20 for the first night and €15 for subsequent nights. Electricity is charged separately per kWh.
Sitecode: 48677
This is a completely different experience than we had at the Kessel camper site. The owner is very friendly; you immediately know where to park when the sign is there. The restrooms are always clean and... delicious eggs.
Sitecode: 161477
Tip: Call ahead and you'll receive easy-to-follow directions to the campsite. Friendly manager/owner. We enjoyed a barbecue snack that evening and a drink with the other campers. We paid €15, including electricity.

The campsite exudes tranquility and is beautifully situated. Host Irena does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. She handles everything herself and even takes you to and from the train. Making money isn't the goal here. A wonderfully beautiful place.
Sitecode: 68127
Nice atmosphere at the campsite. You can choose your own spot on grass. Restaurant fine and affordable. Very friendly staff. Relaxing. We paid 30 euros incl. electricity.
Sitecode: 78051
We were alone on the campsite, beautiful view over the river. On arrival call the number on a sign. Possibility of canoeing. 25 Euro per night incl. electricity. Friendly owner.
Sitecode: 157268
Camping without facilities. Costs 10 euros, to be paid in the restaurant where you can eat well and cheaply. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Even surface, grass.
Sitecode: 21021
Nice view. Enough space. Toilet is not what you want, use your own toilet, only in case of emergency. Reindeer visiting.
Sitecode: 81668
Atmospheric campsite. Nice breakfast. 36 Euro complete incl. electricity. Friendly staff.
Sitecode: 102523
Great place, nice view and I can really recommend the climb. Great view.
Sitecode: 106887
Beautiful view. Beautiful walk to the puffins. Binoculars are a must. Okk spotted a sea eagle. Ferry crossing is free there and back, incl. camper.
Sitecode: 104469
Cosy campsite, no strict lines. Find your own spot. Nice walk to the end of the peninsula.
Sitecode: 58352
Everything you need is here. Walk some nice hiking trails. We paid 240 NOK incl electricity.
Sitecode: 14429
Warmly welcomed. Had a cup of coffee with a delicious waffle. Nice restaurant, was open until 6 pm in the preseason. Shower was lovely. Dutch owners.
Sitecode: 107002
Beautifully situated. Cross the road for a short walk with beautiful views. Well worth it.
Sitecode: 100191
Very quiet place to stay, no facilities. Visit to the fort is free and worth it. Bring a flashlight.
Sitecode: 28652
Quiet place to stay. We were there with 3 campers. After a quiet night a nice walk to the stave church.
Sitecode: 106166
Well maintained campsite. Beautiful view of various small waterfalls. Surrounded by high mountains, so the sun disappears behind a mountain at 6 pm. Friendly owners. We paid 350 NOK per day, all in with nice shower and electricity. Gudvangen at 1 km, easily accessible on foot. In Gudvangen is a Viking village. There is also a boat cruise to Flåm, also a good bus connection.
Sitecode: 66872
What a view! The road to it was not yet free of snow. We stayed overnight on top of the access road. Traffic noise though. Had a nice walk, partly through the snow in shorts and a t-shirt.
Sitecode: 77661
Nice camping, friendly reception, spacious places. Definitely recommended is climbing the mountain in Fjällbacka. Beautiful view. Walking there is easy to do. Small downside: shower costs 5 crowns per 3 minutes and no wifi.
Sitecode: 43244
Nice place, we did not find a toilet building. Smögen is a beautiful place and easy to walk. Booking with an app is not that difficult but installing all those apps..... paid 300 sek.
Sitecode: 157029
Friendly campsite owner, many permanent residents. Expansion of camper pitches is planned. Price per night, approx. 37 euros, is quite high. Sanitary facilities are basic but okay. Showers extra to pay, 2 crowns per minute. Fine to stay for a day.
Sitecode: 99755
Very beautiful place, all peace and quiet. In the past, a lot of gold was mined here. There is a museum about it on the camper site. Owner is still looking for gold. Had a demonstration with results!
Sitecode: 4330
Great place with a good price. Nice walk to the leaning tower. 15 Euro excl electricity.
Sitecode: 29415
Perfect campsite with heated sanitary units, campsite where nothing can be criticized. Only much too expensive, we paid 42 euros per night. Also restaurant very expensive. Nice cycle route to Florence.
Sitecode: 4762
Quiet place near beautiful old town within walking distance. Close to cemetery. You can discharge everything here.
Sitecode: 61304
We paid on November 11 20 euros per night with ACSI card. By bike to Alberobello and Locorotondo. Beautiful places. Locorotondo goes completely crazy at Christmas when you see what they are building there.
Sitecode: 100814
We spent a quiet night here. What a beautiful city that Matera. Really do if you are in the area.
Sitecode: 72336
Restaurant was closed. Beautiful places with a view of the sea. We were there with 3 campers, almost private sanitary facilities. . 23 euros per night. Little to do in the area.
Sitecode: 62235
Beautiful location. Heaven on earth. Here you can hold on for a while. You can jump from the camper into the sea. If you want shade from a row of trees.
Sitecode: 20198
Very nice camoing, everything on it. They will stay open all year this year. Beautiful sanitary facilities.
Sitecode: 29256
What a view.!!! Mid-October pool still open. We paid 25 euros with electricity (and ACSI membership).
Sitecode: 104940
Very nice place to stay. Super friendly owner of a completely renovated hotel. A bit of maneuvering, the breakfast is recommended.
Sitecode: 61825
We stayed here for 2 days and visited Ohrid by bike, excellent bike connection. There was a sanitary block open, shower drain did not work and everything was under water after showering. Beautiful view over the lake and beautiful sunset. We had to pay 15 euros per night.
Sitecode: 106411
Another addition: The campsite is not on the main road as indicated on the map. You have to drive at least 800m on a gravel path with holes, drive past camping Usce. Beautiful quiet campsite on the water.
Sitecode: 105533
Cozy camping, we were in their last week. A friendly Goran was very helpful, only spoke Serbian, with translate on the phone we got a long way. Thank you for the hospitality. Driving in and out is a bit of a thing but it worked fine.
Sitecode: 106311
Basic place. 10 Euro per night. Neatly maintained. "Tunnel of Hope" within walking distance.
Sitecode: 14304
You will be spoiled to the max. Experience it yourself. 10+ camping.
Sitecode: 94445
Nice place to be with very good hosts. We stayed 3 days and paid 35 euros per night, were allowed to do laundry for free.
Sitecode: 52243
Camper place is messy. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and mentioned that we were on the other side. There was no amount for the camper place on the bill. I think most people did not pay, there is no manager.
Sitecode: 115636
Barrier was open, right next to main road. Here is only a parking lot with (maybe) electricity No water, no toilet, no shower, no grey and black waste water. We left.
Sitecode: 157816
Beautiful camper place in a rural area, very worthwhile. Clean sanitary facilities. Great cycling routes in the area. Because the campsite is new, there are still some small areas for improvement.
Sitecode: 73452
Nice free place and quiet. There is not much in the area here, but it is fine for an overnight stay and there is a bakery around the corner that is open at 7 am.
Sitecode: 65948
Perfect place, everything clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to San Sebastian every hour. Definitely drive to the campsite from San Sebastian. Via south is impossible.
Sitecode: 24978
Beautiful spot with a view of the abandoned cave houses. You can also visit this, it is part of a 6 km walking route that starts at the CP.
Sitecode: 10426
Friendly staff, be sure to arrive on time because it is so full. Book a maximum of 2 days. Nice walk to Bilbao, back is a different story. 21 Euro incl electricity.
Sitecode: 70422
Neat campsite and friendly management. One working washing machine, no dryer. By bus to Santander.
Sitecode: 68346
Slept well, quiet. During the day and in the evening there are harbor sounds, not disturbing. City nearby with nice terraces. No facilities, but nice view.
Sitecode: 85936
Very neat campsite and especially for that price. What a view. 1.5 km to the sea. Beautiful bay and rocks.
Sitecode: 5850
Nice safe place to stand. If desired, toilets and washing facilities at the Mercadona 400m. Located next to the Portuguese pilgrimage route. On foot to Compostella (8 km) and back by bus.
Sitecode: 102887
You're not in a bad position here, it had just rained and there were a number of puddles of water. Wasn't muddy. There is little to do in the town. It will be busier in summer. We slept peacefully there.
Sitecode: 86020
Nice, quiet place to stay, plenty of room. Here you can completely relax, right by the river. Standing here with 2 campers, the rest has been said.
Sitecode: 98924
Beautiful, safe place for free and for nothing. Number of places is limited and fills up quickly. Good walking connection to the beautiful town of Aveiro.
Sitecode: 10003
We stayed here for 3 nights for 25 euros (ACSI) per night. sanitary facilities are neat, there is central toilet paper outside on the wall. Connection to Coimbra by bus is excellent. Although heavy rain showers do not affect the soil, you do have to choose a good spot. We were satisfied, the staff was also friendly.
Sitecode: 14248
A large campsite with potential, but neglected. Everything a campsite needs is available, but is not maintained. Maybe everything will look different in summer? Painting, mowing the lawn, pulling weeds. 30 Euro per night with ACSI. Still approximately 100 campers present. By bus to the beautiful city of Lisbon, an hour away.
Sitecode: 104356
Thank you Lidl for doing this, nice warm fresh rolls in the morning. Heard a truck at night, loading unloading. No problem.
Sitecode: 22290
Very nice, quiet place at the start of a great cycling route. Halfway through the cycle tour there is an information center for the area and a vulture colony. 2 Euro entrance. Live webcam on mountain, very beautiful. sees the vultures sitting on their nest. Going uphill, going back is easy. 75 km in total. There is a restaurant next to the camper place.
Sitecode: 101517
Only suitable for campers smaller than 6m. Drive straight around the bend on the right side and it is a much better place to spend the night (about 15 to 20 places). Nice place to walk to Gibraltar. No amenities.
Sitecode: 73766
Great camper spot, only WiFi is bad, like almost everywhere. We paid 18 euros per night, nothing wrong with that. Bread service in the morning. No supermarket in the area. Ronda can be reached on foot. With a bicycle, pushing through is the last step.
Sitecode: 88983
Stayed overnight is free so you can't expect anything. A bit messy and full of space.
Sitecode: 6649
Camping is relatively expensive, pitches are small but neat. We paid 86 euros for 3 nights with electricity. Sanitary facilities fine, restaurant good. Nice base for Granada (bus) and tough walk to Los Cahorros.
Sitecode: 62207
Large parking lot, 2 nights for 25 euros. Close to the sea and center. No facilities except waste bins.
Sitecode: 104566
Geert and Isabel, people who know what is important in life. You are not at a camper place but in their garden, in their lives. You feel and appreciate their friendliness and peace of life. We certainly hope to come back here, if only to know how their daughters will settle into Spanish life. I can't give 6 stars.
Sitecode: 68972
In the middle of mountainous nature with a pleasant family with young children. Beautiful walks possible to caves and places with a beautiful view. Sufficient facilities available.
Sitecode: 24676
Despite a rainy day, the campsite is full, just like 2 others in the area. You probably won't make it here without a reservation. What a touristy environment.
Sitecode: 14396
Only 5 euros, really nothing, friendly tourist office. Went on a city walk with a brochure that we received at the tourist office. Toilet/shower clean, you must request the code for access from the tourist office.
Sitecode: 9843
Ideal place to experience authentic French culture: history, conviviality and tranquility. We are just passing through but will definitely return for a longer stay in the future. A Dutch-Belgian couple in France, what passion they radiate.
Sitecode: 59958
The campsite is nothing, outdated, dirty, many caravans that have been there for years without visible habitation. 30 euros is way too high. A saving grace and the 3 stars from us is the environment. A brisk walk to the 7sisters is definitely worth it.
Sitecode: 72902
Nice spot, we got there via Brittstop, then it's free. You are expected to buy something, since I don't spit in a glass of wine, that wasn't a problem. In the afternoon we took part in a tour and wine tasting. Nice experience. Just take a look at their site and you will see the possibilities.
Sitecode: 66751
This campsite gets a 10+ from me. Rarely have I experienced such a friendly, helpful receptionist/owner. All amenities perfect, even an indoor pool. St. Michaels Mount within walking distance. Paid £24 per night.
Sitecode: 88724
Widely set up campsite for various target groups. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you have your bike with you and visit the beautiful city of Chester (flat route). A cycle route runs along the river in Chester. Recommended.
Sitecode: 62052
Up to 15 campers can park here. close to the sea, at least at high tide. When the tide is low you cannot see the sea, it is so far away. Fleetwood is a messy, sloppy place. Paying is easy with RinGo.
Sitecode: 21663
Open campsite with spacious pitches and very friendly staff. How remote. Public indoor pool without water, so we didn't take a dip. Above the swimming pool there is a canteen where you can also have a bite to eat. Animation for old and young in high season. We paid 21 euros for 1 night. Electricity paid separately, a few pounds.
Sitecode: 103935
Nice place, costs 10 euros without facilities. If you want to climb Ben Nevis, this is the place to be. There are also several easier hikes.
Sitecode: 66733
Fantastic place and very friendly welcome. Paid 28 pounds incl. everything. what a view.
Sitecode: 104564
Not quite clear how it works. Manager lives in the house on the mountain above the campsite. make sure you have cash. Sanitary leaves much to be desired. nice environment. An overnight stay is sufficient for us. Lots of midgets.
Sitecode: 66938
Very nice walking area. Found a place to spend the night and preparing dinner, a lady came to tell us that this was no longer a place to stay, moreover, the site was needed for a wedding tomorrow. Showing our app failed to convince her. We were, exceptionally, allowed to park on a higher parking lot, very crooked.
Sitecode: 105465
We stood here for 2 nights. parking space fine, toilet block dirty, luckily we have our own sanitary facilities. The 1st Wednesday in Aug are in Killin the Highland Games. if you are in the area: a must.
Sitecode: 40582
Beautiful but very expensive campsite, we paid 40 pounds per night in high season. Places spacious. supermarket 3 km.
Sitecode: 70772
What a view, walked to Robin Hood's Bay, through the meadows, worth it. Way back along the road is quite dangerous and steep: 25%, pooh, pooh. Karin and Hank
Sitecode: 71813
Nice place to stay for 1 or 2 days. You can also easily take the train to Canterbury. chilham is a cozy english village.
