You are staying in someone's backyard, they only speak French, and the dry toilet—a Blokker bucket with a seat—might be wonderful to some, but for us it wasn't really; the shower turned out to be a garden hose... it took some getting used to. After 5 donations, the bucket was full, but there was no new plastic bag in it. Make sure you are self-sufficient; it is impossible to install a chemical toilet there either.

We spent two days at this campsite, which is definitely a very nice one. The bathrooms were clean, but the water pressure in the showers was really poor. This could definitely be improved. Otherwise, we had a great time at the campsite, and it's a great location for cycling to Amsterdam.

First time with the Camper on the road, 1 night in Lemmer, nice camper place with good facilities, everything nice and clean. nice people there, we even got a small bottle of champagne. now how nice is that... we will definitely come back in the summer. Very nice place!
