Hello, you've come to the right place! You'll receive a warm welcome from the lovely couple. Everything is top-notch, very clean and well-maintained. We paid €40 for three people and a dog, including electricity. Bus and train connections are quick and easy to Bolzano and Merano.

We arrived here in August 2026 and had to pay €145 for two nights at the campervan site for three people and a dog. Electricity was extra. The outrageous thing is that they charge an environmental fee of €2.50 per person; I find that completely excessive.

we went there without a reservation to the reception they showed us two free places on the map we wanted to book one place right away but we should first have a look and then come back and book after about 15 minutes my wife went to the reception again to make a firm booking it had already been reserved online

for one night there great view very friendly paid 20 € because we didn't need a toilet and shower very nice hotel and great place we are traveling with a 9 m mobile home was not an issue here like electricity and water are included and the view is indescribable

hello we are traveling with a 9 m mobile home and landed here through the app the reception was ok we were given a parking space without having reserved it beforehand, the size is ok it is clean and tidy we do not need a shower / toilet as everything Electricity and water on board is on site (10m electricity and 15m water hose) the bar and restaurant are very nice and the cocktails are delicious and the view is great, great bike paths

Great tip with the Park & Ride you can use public transport in Salzburg for 5 or 15 euros, but be careful, overnight stays are not desirable. Someone came early and pointed this out to us. It's a shame, but because a lot of rubbish is left behind, the overnight stay is no longer desirable

great place for a short trip to the Chiemsee with electricity very many destinations centrally with the ships or the bike gladly again
