Great campsite. £35 camper and 2 p

We didn't find a campsite here either. There is a caravan park 500 m further east. However, it was closed. So then to Halidale Touring park.

beautiful view to the sea and Orkney islands from the lighthouse. cliff with puffins and razorbills visible. At this northernmost point of the mainland, pay 10 pounds in the parking lot (machine: type # first). We were there with 5 campers. There were also 5 campers outside the parking lot, probably free of charge.

Camping has now been around for 4 years. So everything new. very friendly and great view over the bay. Not a large campsite, so it may be full in high season.

A bit more expensive than usual (40 euros in October) but what do you want, so close to the city center in a super touristy location with perfect facilities and spacious pitches.

Brave campsite. Neat and, like everywhere in England so far, spacious places for campers. 24 p in October.

Nice campsite. Friendly, simple, beautiful views and most special are the Neolithic stones, stacked rocks, an old mine and ruins of old mining buildings. Everything within half an hour's walk! see pictures

Pleasant campsite with all amenities. £27 per night. Separated areas on terraces. Friendly owners. Beautiful 40 minute walk down to the Jurassic Beach. Via charming Lyme you return in 40 minutes along a river (campsite info).

simple free place on the condition that 'spent some money in the pub'. we ate some in the pub with 'Saturday niece fever'. Very cosy. Big advantage: Chesil Beach is 20 meters away and a 17th century pub is 200 meters away where everyone watches the sunset but wants something to drink with it.

Free and with a view of Stonehenge including sunrise! Access via road 303 coming from the west. 100 meters on the dirt road was through puddles and shallow potholes. No problem if you drive slowly. There are approximately 10 campers and vans on this part of the road. Pleasant ambience. Top experience.

It is certainly idyllic here. Not a large campsite, beautiful bay and nice spots on the water. The latter is especially true in the late season. In high season it is full and busy here I suspect. No fixed places. Plumbing is outdated and the price 45 euros. But it is a beautiful place.

pricey indeed but is a tourist spot and otherwise ok. beautiful village

great place. Unobstructed view over the water. Many places by the way. 30 euros is common for Norway
