The staff and manager were very unfriendly. We hadn't booked and were given only one spot to choose from. It was practically right next to a busy road and therefore extremely noisy. Although quieter spots were available, when we asked, the manager replied, "I don't care if it's noisy." The positives: The location is directly on the lake, and both Riva and Torbole are within easy walking distance.

The connection to the city is excellent. The tram stops right next to the square, providing direct access to all the important and sightseeing spots. The nighttime is very noisy due to heavy traffic. The square is clean and well-maintained, but electricity is extremely expensive.

Great location, suitable for many activities. Short walk to town. You should leave the 10 euros to the landlord. We decided to eat fresh mushrooms with noodles. It also tasted good, only we were regular guests in the toilet for 2 days. It wasn't that fresh after all. Hubert
