A nice, small (50 pitches) campsite a 15-minute bike ride from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Almost everything is digital and it actually works. Not 5 stars, as far as we are concerned, because there is no dining facility on the campsite and because the pitches are quite close together. But otherwise, it is a super quiet campsite.

Beautiful campsite, road leading to it very bad, sanitary facilities fine, cleaned well. Busy on weekends, quiet otherwise. Lovely (small) restaurant, ate a delicious schnitzel. Beautiful cycle route to Limburg an der Lahn, where it was very busy on Sunday due to a sort of flea market. Had a nice guided tour of Oranienstein Castle. Highly recommended!

The sanitary facilities are not accessible to wheelchair users. The power supply still needs some work. There is a ban on the use of climate control equipment, whether cooling or heating. The campsite was full when we were there. The 6 Amp supply was not reached.

What a bunch of sourpusses are here with these reviews! Yes, trains pass by, but you hardly hear them; you also hear boats sailing past, and apparently those people aren't bothered by that. City noise?… every now and then you hear a siren, so what? My dear folks, this is our second time here and it is a fine campsite, nice and close to the city, great sanitary facilities, and a lovely bistro (didn't eat there this time). So… stop complaining!

We arrived here on June 17th and there was limited space left. Luckily, we were still able to find a nice spot (read: with shade, because it was 35 degrees). Despite looking like it's located in a residential area, this is a super quiet campsite. You can order bread in the morning, get tasty sandwiches at the bar, and the restaurant is right next to the campsite. Walking to the town takes about 15 minutes and is easy to do, along the lake. Great campsite!!!

Still the same old sanitary facilities and camper pitches. Watch out for (too) low-hanging branches.

Beautiful campsite, I can't say anything else. We were just looking forward to the bike ride to Estepona… a review mentioned a bike path along the beach. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention that you regularly encounter signs that you're not allowed to cycle there, or even not allowed to enter at all. At one point, the only way to get there is via the A7. We went back!
