The campsite is currently nice and quiet, but the upkeep leaves much to be desired. Some of the paths are dangerous because tree roots are pushing their way through them. The showers are old but okay, the toilets are a disaster – no seats, no toilet paper. One toilet block marked on the map was boarded up and unusable; one cubicle had the infamous hole in the floor, and if you flush, your feet get washed too! 🤨

The pitches are very cramped, but the night was quiet. Water and waste disposal are okay. Electricity has to be paid for with €1 coins; card payments haven't arrived at the power outlets yet. The pitch costs €12 per night plus a €5 tourist tax, which a city employee collected separately. His salary surely costs the city more than it takes in from the tourist tax 🤨

Access via Buchwalder Straße was closed yesterday due to roadworks; no detour was signposted, so we unfortunately had to find another parking space.

A beautiful spot by the sea with a great view of the water. Toilets without seats or paper, but clean. Quiet, unless a camper from Bremen with a large old RV starts up his car at 7:45 a.m. and lets it run for a while... Unfortunately, there are inconsiderate people everywhere... once they're gone, the place is beautiful.

The space is very expensive. But there is no internet. Lots of long-term campers, some of them inconsiderate with horrible landscaping (nighttime light orgies). Railway line nearby with high frequency of trains, very disturbing!!! Toilet clean!
