I think that last review was a bit unfair. There are very few campsites open at this time of year and turning up on spec is very risky. I booked a couple of days in advance. The campsite is lovely, and incredibly well positioned for getting to Nice and Monaco. Electricity is expensive so if you’re staying for a few days and don’t need it every day then save yourself some money and only book it when you need it. there is water next to most plots.

An absolute gem of a find. Lovely lady met us at the gate, charged us €8 as we didn’t need a hookup and left us to marvel at the beauty of our surroundings. didn’t use the facilities but I bet they are equally lovely.

The showers didn’t work, the toilets are very basic, it’s pretty noisy at night, and the card system is overly complicated. other than that it’s safe, flatish, and a short walk into town, and you can get a train into Luxembourg which is a great day out.

There are a lot of poor reviews about this place on park 4 night, personally we didn’t have any problems and considering its free we had zero complaints. it looks bleak but there is a restaurant just a short walk away. The bus into town doesn’t run outside the summer months.

Like most things in Switzerland it’s blooming’ expensive. it was also very muddy when we were there. The facilities were impeccable though and it’s a short walk into town which is definitely worth the effort.

A nice spot in the centre of town as long as you don’t need electricity or somewhere to empty your waste. There is a very clean public toilet about 2 mins walk away. The place has floodlights which light up like Blackpool eliminations every time someone walks by which is disconcerting when you’re the only one there and it’s 2 in the morning. But to be fair it was very safe if a little pricey now it’s been taken over by one of those apps.

Rather dodgy looking caravan had been parked and the vehicle that brought it was nowhere to be seen. The owner, stalked the carpark with her elderly dog, and had several brief visitors, in the hour it took us to decide this wasn’t the place for us.

What a gorgeous little stopover place. very quiet, flat, and beautifully kept.

A great place to stay if you want to visit San Sebastián. A short walk to the train station, the town is also well worth a visit and the park itself is excellent. The people were very courteous and accommodating and the facilities were first rate.

A lovely little site, owned by two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. The town is steeped in history, with an amazing bakery and several lovely restaurants. A great place to stop between Seville and Madrid.

Fantastic place for visiting the city. A short walk to the subway and 7 or 8 stops to the centre. The facilities were clean, and up to date, the showers were hot, and the shop was adequate. You can even get pizza if you’re too tired to cook yourself. first rate.

I left my van here for 7 days while I stayed in the city. The fact that it’s busy most of the day and manned 24 hours was a great comfort. If you’re visiting the city which I highly recommend, this place is perfect but its very basic, not well kept. Also, bring a tin of cat food and you’ll have friends for life.

A great spot to stay overnight. Close to a supermarket but really quiet. not enough electricity plugs for everyone but with free water and waste disposal you really can’t ask for much else

Lovely place with helpful staff, great restaurant with a high standard of cuisine. Local town has a market on Sunday that is definitely worth a visit.

Great place to stop if you don’t want to leave you motorhome in Verona. You can get the train in from here and they have a courtesy service to drop you at the station and pick you up. Lovely courteous staff, nice wine in the bar.

Very nice stop over on the way to Italy. The lady at the house did not speak English but we got by with hand signals and Google translate. One thing everyone will know except me is always carry a French electrical hookup adapter. My bad.

First place I stayed on my first trip to Europe in my new van. could not have picked a better location. Very quiet, and peaceful. had a great nights sleep.
