Even if you have made a reservation, you cannot check into this campsite before 3 pm! The phone number listed at the reception for inquiries is also not answered. The nearest motorhome site is full of cars, so we just drove on to the site in Sint-Winoksbergen.

At 10:00 AM, there were still plenty of free spots available at the adjoining campsite, but unfortunately, the lady at the reception refused to admit new guests before 2:00 PM. Therefore, we parked our camper at the Aire Camper-Car here. Via the terminal, we paid €12.80 for the spot and €18.00 for 24 hours of electricity. The latter is, of course, ridiculously expensive! In the end, without any additional amenities, we are paying the same amount as for the campsite.

It is a nice campsite in itself with plenty of available spots, but picking out a nice spot yourself is not an option. No Wi-Fi at the pitch, and no access to the pool while wearing shorts. We paid 38 euros per night, and that is really too expensive when you consider that a nice spot near the Basilica and the park is free.

Alternative campsite with some regulars and a few fairground operators. Most pitches are separated by thuja hedges. Anyone looking for a campsite for one night along La Voie Bleue will certainly find what they are looking for here. We paid €16.84, of which €6.10 was for electricity. The sanitary facilities meet 'French' expectations.

We don't think this campsite exists (anymore)! We do see an abandoned sanitary building and many power poles. However, there is absolutely no one there. The entrance is the same entrance as that of Camping de la Maladière, which is located in front of it.

A basic site for 5 campers. €4 for a day ticket plus €5 for overnight stays. We had to pay with coins; our debit and credit cards weren't accepted. Electricity was €1 per kWh, payable only with the "Pay with Me" app. We couldn't manage that either, neither with a card nor with Google Pay. We didn't experience much trouble with the MTB training center.

What a special place! You should definitely go there just for the sanitary facilities. See all the positive reviews. And if it could be even better, we think so with a few more shrubs and trees along the edge of the property for some shade and a greener feel.
