Don't go here! The system is so complicated, with multiple codes at the ticket booth and another QR code on another post. Even if you do receive that code and that QR code by text message... And beware: once you're inside, you'll want to leave again. You'll then have to pay the second half, including the tourist tax. It's €5.00 at the entrance and €5.90 at the exit. And then you get another code, and it takes forever to get your QR code...

Indeed a great camper place near the train station on the line from Porto to Braga. A train ticket can be obtained at the 'Papelaria Pinheiro' on the other side.

At least 4/5 of this spot has been washed away by the sea...when you arrive, there are only about 20 parking spaces left. Mostly used by surfers. The spot itself remains beautiful, right at the beach.

Very quiet during the night. Place open to all, including fishermen. There is a lawn for playing and picnicking nearby. And the Voie verte is superb for those who like to cycle to Pont du Gard, Uzès or Beaucaire!

Excellent camper spot on the edge of a lively village, beautiful castle, church, park. Nice to take a walk here, everyone you meet greets you. Beautiful views all around. There is little commerce in the village itself, but we found a bakery right on the N7 where you can drink coffee etc. inside or outside. The greengrocer is next to it.

We thought this was a boring place and drove on to Saint Benoît sur Loire. The campsite there, in a super spot on the Loire, is closed from mid-September to mid-May. Right on the water is a picnic area where div. There were people from the village who confirmed to us that they were allowed to spend the night there. Slept well: recommended!!

Excellent base to view the picturesque Wissant, the beach and the chalk cliffs. The free amenities on this free CP are good. Had a quiet night here.

Correct but a pity that electricity is included in the price (15.00) With our solar panels we do not need a connection. We spent a quiet night there.
