As indicated by others, Reine is a great spot for 1 or 2 nights. Just drive past the entrance to the first parking lot, and you will find the camper parking at the back. Paid NOK 250 with Google Pay (cash is also accepted), and from there climbed the Reinebringen and visited Reine. Don't expect a charming parking lot, but a practical place for a visit. Ps. I also visited Reine 19 years ago; back then it was still a unique place. Now it is flattened by tourists.

The camper parking area no longer exists but is now a campsite (Camping Bjerkvik), next to the old marina. A very beautiful spot for the true camper enthusiast. Also great for caravans. Automatic check-in at the entrance, pay by card, and choose your own spot. 350 NOK/night. Spacious spots on asphalt. 3 good toilets and 2 showers. Everything is heated and super clean. Options for emptying toilets and grey water and filling drinking water. Shops within walking distance.

We passed by here and spontaneously decided to stay for a day and a night. And it was perfectly suited for that. A large shop within walking distance, a beautiful village with various walking routes through and around it, offering beautiful views along the way. Free toilets and greywater disposal, and drinking water for a fee. You buy your parking ticket for €5. Make sure you have change with you.

Great place for a night!

Great place for an overnight stay. Spacious pitches, everything clean, and a great view of a small park by the lake. Located on a main road, so there's some traffic noise, but it's not bothersome. Payment via QR code/credit card went smoothly. You'll receive a payment confirmation by email. No app needed. You can empty your toilet cassette at the parking lot 100 meters further on. There are also six spaces available there, but they are less spacious.

For us a great place! It's all about what you want, but this is a super quiet place, in the middle of a beautiful forest with lots of walking possibilities. Close to Chateau de Chantilly, Hippodrome, other historical places and shops within walking distance. Stayed here several nights, no problems with traffic (you do hear a few things) and always a place.

A wonderfully quiet area with lots of space and nature. A super place to stay for several days.
