The camper pitches are tidy, but the restaurant could use some attention. One of those needs is putting prices on the menu; a small bowl of pasta that is barely enough for two costs €38.00 – truly outrageous. That is probably also the reason why no prices are listed. If you want to stay overnight, you have a nice spot, but go eat in the village; that way you support the local people and not the Dutch who are trying to run the place.

Camping de Vechtkamp is a beautiful location offering peace, space, and nature, with lovely, spacious pitches. Despite the unpaved pitches, they're easily accessible for a campervan. The helpful and very friendly owner goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed a four-night stay. Unfortunately, there's no gray water disposal facility yet, but plans are already underway.
