Excellent campsite with good toilet facilities and lovely spacious pitches, grass and hardstanding. Friendly welcome. Lovely walking paths along the river and, of course, the large abbey ruins within easy reach. Downside: poor public transport connections to Durham. You have to drive or walk for 1.5 hours. Durham has a pleasant town center that's worth a visit.

Great campsite. Nice and clean toilets, spacious pitches, and not too expensive. £31 including electricity. Only downside: the dishwashing area is very small. Nice walking path to the castle and the pub. Do call ahead to book (currently in high season).

nice campsite, good facilities, wifi on the pitches and a beautiful view

A simple farm campsite with basic amenities, but a beautiful rolling lawn right near the center of Bellingham. The entrance was a bit of a challenge: a simple farm gate.

Great little campsite. Beautiful grass, nice outdoor area, and excellent showers. Friendly owners. Highly recommended!

very simple campsite with very outdated facilities. location relative to beaches and shops is ok if you have a bike with you. . price quality not in balance. low branches on the trees pose a risk to motorhomes. atmosphere of a transit campsite
