Very peaceful spot, nice view across a small lake, with space for up to two vehicles per space if they park accordingly. There's glass recycling and rubbish bins; the toilet is locked. There's a threaded drinking water tap at the nearby cemetery but the supply was turned off when we visited in February. And a good local bakery nearby.

Attractive overnight camping spot, some hard standing overlooking the bay, and a sloping grassy field behind. There's a free public toilet with raised black waste disposal and a drinking water tap. The Steam Packet Inn on the quayside is the Five Kingdoms Brewery tap and has up to seven of their real ales on cask, and three on key keg. The restaurant has an interesting menu which ventures beyond burgers and chips to green pea risotto.
