A lovely campsite for €13.50 including electricity. Clean restrooms. Close to the town center and 7.5 km from the fantastic Mondego hiking trail in Serra da Estrela National Park. The campsite is easily accessible, with no steep roads or narrow streets. We drove into Guarda from the south.

Excellent campsite. Friendly owner. Toilets and showers are available, but the toilet is a dixie, and the shower is an open outdoor shower. It's also a great spot for cycling to Carvoeiro, Benagil Beach, and Marhina, among other places. Supermarkets are nearby.
