Definitely a 10 even though it has no facilities other than bins. It was lovely to explore the place when all the coaches had gone home. We bought tickets on line for house and gardens and got there 09:30 when it opened straight in group entrance. Went up to the house to see it while it was empty then around gardens. By the time we left an hour later place was packed.

Don't understand what all the enthusiasm is for this place. Yes pitches are a good size. But you have to pay extra for showers and no soap or toilet paper supplied. We've had better facilities on free sites.

Parking behind fire station with no bays but parking for up to 12 motorhomes. There is other parking near by but barrier erected to stop motorhomes parking on River. Pretty medieval village. Nice walks. Good free aire. Do not let Sat nav take you over small canal bridge instead use D37.

Perfect place to pull off motorway and spend a quiet night. Beautiful village and fabulous views. Village it self empty as was parking due to it being October. There is a toilet block near the tourist information next to car park.

Excellent aire. Yes you have to pay €9.50 but you get water, waste disposal, clean toilets, showers and WiFi. Nice medieval village 300m from aire. Make sure you are stocked with provisions when you arrive. Nice peaceful site. Owner comes round to check all is well daily.

Our second visit to nice aire in a lovely little town. Four restaurants and bakery within walking distance. Swimming pool was closed whilst we were here. Nice walks, bike rides near by and park with lake next to aire with swans, fish and ducks during day and Coypu to be found at dusk. I know they're considered pests but we'd never seen them before so found them awsome.

Place very busy when we arrived, very limited parking. Grounded our 7.4m van on entering luckily we had air suspension and could jack it up. Nowhere to park our van only managed to turn it round as disabled places not filled. Avoid if you've a big van A shame because scenary was beautiful.

Lovely view of lake from aire. Sunbathing, swimming, extreme cycling and fishing available. It appeared to be full of long term French stayers limiting the choice for others. We moved on.

What a beautiful place right next to River Agout, peaceful and trees for shade. Lovely village with two restaurants. Lots of picnic benches to right of motorhome parking. A great place for young and old to explore. Money collected about 17:00.

Alas will not accept UK or Swiss credit/debit cards. We where fortunate as a very kind French lady used her French card to let us and a Swiss couple on site

Lovely quiet aire. In good position near lake, river and supermarket which has outside laundrette. Lots of good places to eat in the interesting town centre. Looks like a few of residents are permanent which meant few places available. But all in all a good stop.

The town it self was OK. However aire was disappointment. Four bays two were already occupied with a car and van and very close to road. We ended up moving across the road on sports centre carpark. Went for nice walks along the river saw kingfishers. Spotted another van parked next to tennis courts.

Nice place to stay the night though we ended up across the road. Smaller campers were on grass under trees. Lovely view of Abbey across the road. Good walks and bike rides.

Beautiful place and very quiet. We were lucky to hear 3 different types of owls. You park in area top left of carpark. We went around Abbey which was lovely however most of other vans arrived later. One French van appeared to have been there longer. Nice walks and cycling near by.

Very busy aire in a beautiful village. There were 10 vans there so everyone parked extremely close. Had a look round and moved on to a quieter location.

An excellent stopover if on N10. Once again got the electric. Only negative is poor phone signal. But is that really a negative?

Beautiful free aire with free electricity in woodland at side of lake. Apparently you get code for toilets from Marie but that was closed when we arrived.

Lovely aire €7.75 euro. Toilets and showers (not so clean) you need jeton for shower and filling up with water. Nice park with lake, swimming pool with slides and restaurant. Not a lot in town. Aire filled mainly with long term french. Lucky to get a nice bay.

Beautiful laid out aire with immaculately clean toilets and showers. The spa has closed so bring provisions. Recommend Le Pichet Mignon on the main street. It is where the locals eat. Really good rustic food on set menu. Only open at lunch and very busy.

Go pass the campsite and down to the river. You will find two different areas for motorhome parking. Go left and you park in bays with trees for shelter and a man comes in evening to collect money. Go to the right and you get a spot looking out onto the river but no shelter and buy a ticket. Excellent wild camping whatever you choose.

Nice Aire with electric included for €6. Water connector unusual in that needs male/male adaptor. Nice walk or cycle ride along river by turning right from site. Short walk into lovely old town.

It's a stop but €5.50 for nothing other than that. No shade, toilets locked and bins over flowing. We carried on.

Beautiful site by river Drone, 2 minutes walk along river bank into a wonderful little town. Toilet block long since gone. Noisy due to traffic in the day but quiet later. Plenty of shops and eateries and nice play area for kids. Loads of space, perfect wild camping stop over for €6.50.

Beautiful village and so much nicer when the other visitors have gone home. Perfect place.

Very quiet while we were there. We chose to park in the natural area with no electric. Nice walks, skatepark, play area and park, cycle and mountain bike opportunities nearby. Go ape and crazy golf next door but fortunately the water park was closed while we were there.

Very nice quiet site overlooking vineyards. Nice cycle rides about. Cafe only opened Thursday to Sunday 14.00 to 19.00. Very quiet unless its time for school to start or finish. Tap and bins located next to village club house. Lovely place.

Beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful by the river but only 2 minute walk along its banks into town. Great place for fishing and kayaking.

Nice village with large carpark which was full of cars when we arrived. Some double parked so no chance of getting 7.4m motorhome in. Parked on side street while we visited the tree but didn't stop. There were clean public toilets with hot water across road.

Excellent stopover for those using tunnel or ferries. Very quiet with nice walks. We are 7.4m and we're fine stopping there.

The car park at the rear is secluded and when we visited very quiet. Food very good and staff helpful. The pub has a "local" feel and was busy on Wednesday evening when we stayed. Some nights are live music nights so possibly loud but worth considering

A nice site with friendly staff. There are a limited number of pitches directly next to the sea. These are a bit crowded and very hot in the sun. If that is not a problem the veiw is stunning. We opted to use the rear park of the site through a tunnel to the other side of the main road. Some traffic noise but not too much if you go further away. Large pitches some with shade all with ECU ( you may need a long cable)A nice bar and restaurant and modern and clean toilet block CASH ONLY

large campsite 1 mile away from Rovinj. Many varied pitches and lots of trees providing some shelter from the sun. We had planned to stay one night but stayed four as the town of Rovinj is well worth several visits and there are many cycling tracks up into the hills. some tarmac most stoney but not too bad. New shower block first class very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. bread available on site and there is a bar/Restaurant. the campsite is just across the road from the beach.

In March this car park, which is a field at the east end of town is closed. It also looked like it could be a problem getting off it if wet. Fortunately at the west end of town there is a area just outside the walls where we and another MH stayed the night. No facilities but also no signs saying no overnight parking. No one bothered us. Had a walk around town, not a lot to see and no restaurants and the only cafe was closed.

There is space for 5 motorhomes, and they fill up early as there is free hookup. As it had been a very long day for us we took a chance and felling a bit guilty by being no 6, parked out of the way, and was later joined by a French van. Lovely village and a nice walk along the river.

it's expensive to park overnight expect to pay up to 13 euro. The car park is large and not very pretty. There is little shade available and the heat finally made us decide to move on. The town is very pretty, but totally touristic/expensive. I would suggest staying a couple of hours and camping elsewhere.

The parking is good, however the town is very run down. We did not stay.

A very nice Aire, it is miles off the main road down a steep but manageable narrow road . Toilets, grey and black waste disposal. Plenty of walking and just up the hill a small village with nothing there. The aire costs 3 euros per night, we paid in the village, during our walk a woman called us over and asked if we were using the aire. Paid 6 Euros for two nights and received a receipt. Fast flowing river comes from a gorge and part of it is diverted into the irrigation ditches for the village. We were the only ones there and it was lovely and peaceful.

We arrived on a busy Saturday, fortunately we had booked a loch side plot (additional cost of around £2.50 per night) otherwise it would have been a less pleasant experience. There was lots of daytime activity on the loch with ski jets and speedboats, evenings were more tranquil and with the great weather we had, the scenery was stunning. The facilities were clean, the site shop had all the basic necessities, with the nice touch of fresh baked bread, croisants etc. A lot of the site seems to be taken up with caravans that are there for the season, so i suspect a lot of people just arrive for the weekend, as it did become a lot quiter on the Monday. Good family site, not sure we would actively seek to go back there.

A beautiful place to stay. You can stop in the lower car park fantastic view out to sea Go to the far end of the upper car park there is a small road past the Harbour masters hut down leading down to the sea wall. There is a charge of £10 towards the upkeep of the harbor which you put through letter box in shed. Worth every penny. At peak times you can only stay 8pm - 8am but we were there in March so no restriction. A small word of warning it’s a steep uphill climb back to the main road we had some wheel spin on dry tarmac making the uphill turn. Could be tricky in the wet. Our weight 3800 Kg Ducato van 7.3 meters long.

Lovely place to stop and quiet out of season. Big carpark and very quiet. Overlooked by holiday homes. Nice walk down to beach and great place for a swim and fishing. And if you like fresh oysters they are everywhere. Locals told us that it is very busy in summer.

Parked up on first area very long narrow long bays on grass. Unsure why this place has scored so highly. Nothing provided and did not understand the black wate disposal. You had to put it in 100L plastic container (in metal cage). Loads of full ones around the farm not very environmental. Very quiet and safe.

Beautiful village. Parked up on stream very quiet. Nice walks. Make sure you come in via St Pierre des Nids as road through the village to narrow for large motorhomes. We're 7.4m and did not have any problems.

What a beautiful place. We were on our own so got the one electric point, free water and waste disposal facilities. Lovely place to walk round old chateau with moat which is now a public building. Restaurant, bakery and butchers in village. Looked like they were also putting in public toiles. Loved it here.

We were lucky to get the first bay near the river so had a beautiful view. Cars made parking difficult as they were in motorhome bays. Town quite rundown. Felt very safe and quiet overnight.

Lovely place to stay. Spar, bakery, butchers and two restaurants. Nice bike ride along old train line. Path down to river for swimming & canoeing. Jetons for water and electric available from Spar.

Lovely place nice village. Think they must be extending it as large digger and wagons arrived while we were there. Should be even better when finished, we didn't stay too noisy.

Nothing here other than electric and for 13 euros would expect more. We had nice bike ride to Trier and through the allotments would recommend the Beer Garden there it was full of locals. In the evening we went to Hotel Blesius Garten which is located nearby. It's a micro brewery and the food is fabulous. We had to book for a Thursday night it's full of locals, no english menu but staff happy to translate.

Nice stop to visit Lillehammer short interesting walk into town. They were putting in lovely new wash rooms while we were there May 2019. Only negative it was an expensive campsite and you have to pay extra for 5 minute shower and need to press button every 30 seconds.

Parking next to old railway line. Put 2E in for electric but machine didn't recognise it. Had a walk to hotel to pay but closed so free stop. Nothing in village but safe and quiet.

Nice clean parking place next to canal. Some campers in main carpark. Nice bike ride along the canal felt very safe. Lidl and Aldi within walking distance.

Beautiful site. Free hot and cold water toilets and showers in a hut to the right of parking near canal. Perfect place if you fish (we don't but nice to watch). Bike rides along canal. Its free has to be a 10.

Beauty location next to Riverside. Very quiet and peaceful overnight. Fortified town worth a look round. Restaurants, shops, lidl and Casino supermarkets nearby. In my view a perfect wild camping place.

Lovely peaceful site near River and sports ground. Short bike ride up hill to American cemetery. Bread available in the village. We are parked up in a tree lined bay. A perfect stop over.

€15 euros to park on a carpark with no facilities but has a view. The campsite next door has a stellplatz that's €10 and you can use its facilities.

The low marking is because although it is a nice site next to the river the shower blocks are converted shipping containers. Clean and bright but Very badly designed so that 5 washbasins and two showers share the same space. No privacy and no shelves or hooks to hang clothing.

Large carpark on the outskirts of this beautiful town. Full of wagons so gave it a miss. Town itself well worth a visit.

Nice spot overlooking estuary. Would happily have stayed but walked down hill and spotted the other place.

Excellent stop and by the best we've encountered in Norway. We received our Acsi discount and it cost 20K including water, electric and showers. We are parked on the water in one of the new short term pitches. If you like fishing then you can fish for free. Lots of things for children to do. We were here early May so not too busy. Lovely stop.

Beautiful place to stay. Nothing here but a view, walking and fishing. Would have given a 10 but then 3 mobile rave vans arrived flashing lights loud music at 1.O0AM and peace was shattered. This was a Thursday night so would avoid at the weekend.
