Good place to spend the night before or after the ferry to or from Gedser (about 30 minutes away by car). When we arrived, the 5 designated parking spaces were already taken, but when we asked, it was no problem to park in the second row (without electricity). It is about a 30-minute walk to the town with several supermarkets and restaurants. You can pay cash in both DKK and EUR.

The parking space certainly won't win any beauty awards, but it was clean. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center, so it's OK for an overnight stay for a quick visit to Trieste. However, it's located between the highway, the railway line and the harbor and is quite noisy most of the night. If that's a problem, you might be better off at one of the other parking spaces in Trieste.

Fantastic location on a bay with a sandy beach. Seat selection on site (no reservation possible), there is something for every taste. Everything you need. Actually a place that invites you to relax, but loud noise every evening until 11 p.m. or even midnight, which unfortunately you cannot escape from anywhere. We were there at the end of August, in the high season it would probably be too crowded and too loud for us.

The square is characterized by its location right next to the archaeological sites and the train station with connections to Naples. We found it to be surprisingly quiet and green. Paths and plots are rather narrow in terms of parking space, but everything you need for a sightseeing stay is there. One star deduction for the sanitary facilities, which were a bit outdated, but were very clean.

Quiet and free - ideal accommodation for travelers who do not need any infrastructure. We didn't find any indication on site that it was a parking space, but we've been there twice now and it didn't bother anyone. Unfortunately we could not visit the Ristorante Locanda Centrale (up the street) (closed or fully booked). In the village (down the street) there are several pizza services for hungry people.

Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay while passing through or visiting Legoland has come to the right place. Two designated parking spaces, free of charge. Electricity (€ 1/8 h) and fresh water (€ 1 / liter) are available for a fee, gray water disposal is possible. No toilet or sanitary facilities. But you are right at the municipal swimming pool (open daily 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., entry 2 €). A Rewe is accessible by foot.

Doesn't seem to be (at least temporarily) a parking space, see photo. An alternative is the parking space at the Arberbahn.

Level, quite large parking space (gravel) above the street. Very quiet at night. Good starting point for hikes. Attention: The parking machine (10 euros / 24 hours) only takes change and does not change. Apart from the toilet and the kiosk at the Arberbahn valley station, there is no infrastructure. In Brennes, which is within easy walking distance, you can stop off at the pleasant Aberwald / Woodpecker inn in the evenings.
