What a lovely place, beautiful pitches with or without private sanitary facilities. The layout makes it feel small and cozy, but it is actually quite spacious. Plenty of clean sanitary facilities, right by the forest with clearly marked routes. Close to Ootmarsum, a nice village with a lovely open-air museum that is definitely worth a visit. Very friendly, hardworking owner(s) and the food in their cozy eatery is top-notch 👌 We will definitely come back again.

The name alone appealed to us.. Because we love loafing around on our vacation. What beautiful, spacious pitches and what a panoramic view. Well, the shower has already been reviewed by everyone, but it really is top-notch. But the washing machines, dishwashing area, and toilet and waste disposal facilities are also spotless. We cycled in the area, came across many resting points, and the center of Hardenberg is also nice to visit. Nice shops and eateries.

Large campsite where they are easygoing. Plenty of space and good sanitary facilities. Everything is perfectly neat and tidy. One very large field was closed off because it was getting quieter, which makes sense. It is a pity that we were on a field where you couldn't enjoy the beautiful view, but during the walk you saw nothing but beautiful vistas. Because of the different fields, it doesn't feel as big as it actually is.

A very nice camper spot run by very nice, hard-working people who, despite "their village festival," still kept a close eye on everything and ensured that everything was constantly spick and span. We certainly weren't bothered by the noise in the village and will definitely come back here again. Tip: Vorden Castle is truly fantastic 👌

What a lovely small-scale campsite. Spacious pitches. A warm welcome with a very nice information bag that is actually useful. Beautiful cycling and walking routes. Sanitary facilities spotlessly clean with wonderful showers, and it is always fun to play a game of pétanque.

Went to Op de Akkers in Zuid-Scharwoude for the third time. It's great that they also rent out Pods, which meant my girlfriend, without a camper, could happily join us in enjoying our camper weekends. Top spot, fun things to do nearby such as De Broekerveiling. You shouldn't miss that if you're there.

What a lovely place. We stayed at the back camper pitch and had an unobstructed view of the field with sheep. Even though it is quite a large campsite, it felt like we were the only ones there. What an oasis of peace. Camper pitches are also allowed; they are nice, spacious spots and a bit closer to other people. Sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. A warm welcome and everyone is equally nice. A lovely area for cycling. We will definitely come back again.

Another one of those places you actually want to keep a secret, but whose owners definitely deserve a huge compliment 👍 So, a review for them after all... What a fantastic campsite, everything is perfectly organized and looks spick and span. Beautiful surroundings for cycling. We will definitely be back soon to visit the museum and eat apple pie. We ran out of time. We were there in the camper, our friends stayed in the guesthouse, which was perfect too 👌

What a lovely spot. Close to restaurants and a supermarket. Due to the heat, we didn't cycle in the area, so we didn't see much else, but we thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing breeze at the camper site. We enjoyed watching the children having fun in the adjacent swimming pool. If we hadn't had the dog with us, we would have taken a dip there too. Don't be put off by codes and apps. Everyone helps each other out if you get stuck 😉
