A beautiful campsite right on a lake, yet surrounded by forest. Upon arrival, there's a large open area with a composting toilet; a path branches off to the left from this. Following this path leads to several lovely coves that can accommodate 1-3 campers. There are also several fire pits and small playgrounds with swings.

The parking lot is located in the middle of a large construction site, camping is prohibited, and all four toilets are unfortunately closed. It serves its purpose as a hiking parking lot, but it's unsuitable for overnight stays. The lot was still full of camper vans, but we decided to drive on. A very nice campsite on the fjord, connected to a small village. We had a pitch on the tent meadow with electricity, so not directly on the water's edge, but we could admire the mountains in the other direction. The sanitary facilities are clean, and showers are charged by the minute using a card or mobile phone. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. There also seem to be many leisure activities on offer, and German is spoken well.

A lovely spot right on a lake, not far from the E39, but very quiet. A bit windy, as it's exposed by the water. When we were there, sheep were grazing nearby and occasionally paid us a visit. The middle of the site was a bit muddy and looked like it had been under construction, but the area around the water was very nice with a grassy area and fire pits. No other facilities.

A truly fantastic spot! Beautiful views of the lake/fjord. There's plenty of room for six campervans, and if you squeeze in a bit more, two more can fit. There are rubbish bins and a lovely picnic area. A small outhouse is nearby, but there's no running water.
