Great place to stay overnight before or after the ferry. A visit to Kristiansand is also recommended. The 3 stars are due to the malfunctioning payment terminal. We managed to get out with a Swiss lady. Enter your debit card very slowly and be patient.

What a beautiful place. Friendly people and a warm welcome. Neat and clean restrooms, and wonderfully hot showers. There's a barbecue hut and some fire pits here and there. You can choose your own pitch, and in the late season, there's a generous selection. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but ended up staying three. Unfortunately, we had to move on. We couldn't use the sauna because our bike ride took a bit longer. Highly recommended!

Great campsite for a visit to Bergen. Nice and clean restrooms. Modern kitchen. Friendly welcome. Easy public transport to Bergen. Bus stop in front of the campsite. Take line 29 and then tram 1 to the city center (Byparken).
