What more could you want? Now in May we were here super quiet for 15.8 euros, electricity included. Lovely warm shower for 1 euro and a very friendly owner who speaks good English. A nice beach walk 100m from the camper spot and if you want to walk further there is a beautiful paved walking path along the ocean to praia das cathedrais, can be visited at low tide and simply beautiful, a total of 15km.

It takes a while to find the location because there is no sign or arrow to be seen. We find the price quite high, 9 euros for just a pitch and water/toilet discharge and taking water is quite a lot. If this camper place also has electricity, it will be a top place. With the bus to Sete Bicas and then the metro you are in Porto in an hour. You can also walk on boardwalks along the coast, highly recommended.

The camper place is behind the BP petrol station, there is a signpost on the roundabout. The electricity did not work and the toilets were not really clean but we could empty water/toilet and we slept peacefully.

friendly welcome, you can choose your own spot, lovely warm rain shower... nothing to complain about.

What a friendly welcome! It is a small campsite, the showers are perfect and it is quiet at night. Recommended!

This is how a camper site should be: quiet, space, good place to dump, even toilets!

great initiative of the municipality of Castelo Branco. The campers are behind each other so there is a chance that only 5 campers can fit. Close to a police station. We slept well here. It is about 1.5 km walk to the castle ruins and surrounding streets that look dilapidated but are nice.

This is a bus parking lot, not a parking or overnight place for campers.

We had booked for 4 days but wanted to arrive a day earlier. That was no problem, we could even take advantage of a promo 4+1 free. The campsite is ideally located for a visit to Lisbon, with bus 714 you can get to the center or Belém. The showers are narrow but wonderfully warm and the sandwiches in the mini market are tasty. People are friendly and helpful everywhere. The campsite looks a bit unkempt, but you are on paved places.

we had booked in advance and received a code, that went very smoothly! We had a view of the ramparts and were quickly in the city which was very worthwhile. With the Avila card you can visit a lot. There is 1 shower for women and 1 for men, but that is sufficient.

This is clearly a camper place that was put up by campers! The toilet drain is far enough from the place where you can get water, there is enough space for each camper, there is room to maneuver with the camper, everyone has grass, there are clean showers and toilets. And all that in a very beautiful environment! worth a well-deserved 5 stars!

Very friendly welcome at reception, nothing was too much to make us happy. Beautiful large paved pitches, wonderfully warm showers and in the restaurant you can enjoy delicious food at reasonable prices. The region is beautiful to discover.

Everything has already been said here... like many others, we enjoyed the hospitality, tranquility, beautiful bike rides, tasty eggs and nice chats.

6 or 7 stars would be even better! We have tons of respect for these hard working friendly people! They always have time for a chat. The pitches are spacious and it is quiet and peaceful. We made a nice bike ride in the area. At the weekend you can enjoy delicious bread and pastries and during the week delicious ice cream. This is enjoyment in all areas!

You can also spend the night here. It is not the most idyllic place in Norway, but it is quiet at night. Close to Remi1000 and Burger King. In the morning there is some passing traffic.

Top motorhome: very friendly welcome, good showers, spacious pitches and very quiet. In 20 minutes we walked to the beach at the Kattegat. This camper place is an absolute must!

Slept well in this quiet place.

Wonderfully quiet place near the highway. at 8 o'clock someone from the municipality came to collect 5 euros. What a wonderful initiative from the municipality!

Before you arrive here you drive past a gate where there is clearly a prohibition sign for mobile homes. Yet there are motor home owners who just ignore this and stand in this place... Just before this entrance is a small parking lot where you are allowed to stand.

It was unclear whether we now had to pay separately for the overnight stay and the lighthouse area. So we went to ask and it turned out to be so: 200NOK for the overnight stay and 100NOK per person for the lighthouse. It is not cheap, but when the weather is nice you get a beautiful sunset! And the bread freshly baked with a little seawater and a little seaweed from the bakery is sublimely delicious!

A quiet place right on the lake, very quiet and pleasant. No amenities but the beauty of this place makes up for that!
Sitecode: 10430
This is only a (very good) place to fill up with water, empty the toilet and discharge gray water. Furthermore, not really an overnight place, at Rema1000 it even says "no camping"

The pinnacle of Norwegian hospitality and friendliness!
Sitecode: 92088
What a quiet camper place. You get the friendliness on top of that. Next to the motorhome is a shop, be sure to try the homemade cake. If you have the bikes with you, the self-made 38 km bike ride is definitely recommended. The price is 15 euros, all inclusive.

nothing indicated that it was allowed to spend the night here. No gendarmerie in sight either (moved to a more modern building). so we drove on

what a rest!!! Very good motorhome!
Sitecode: 82058
We slept very well, pure rest. The owners get bread in the morning and bring it to the camper. There are a number of permanent caravans. (hand) showers nice and warm. Price/quality quite ok. And in the morning a visit from 6 geese!
Sitecode: 95644
What a nice place and a lovely man full of humor! Good hot showers, places under trees. 11 euros without electricity and 13 euros with electricity. Town with 2 bakeries and a Spar, nice restaurants and lots of nature! We have had a lovely walk! an absolute must!

spacious pitch on asphalt, within walking distance of the ocean. For 12 euros you have all amenities, great! Nice playground nearby (via safe passage under the track). The only downside is the busy runway and planes that fly over briefly from 7am to 11pm.

As already indicated, this address is not correct! is correct: avenue du doctuer Lorenz Monod. Right in front of the entrance to the lyceum. You will find the parking 100m past the roundabout.
