Excellent really. 10 pounds, efficient and easy, there is a toilet, electricity if needed, Elsan septic tank, playground. Quiet once the pub closes! This is how it is supposed to be at pubs for overnight stays!

Excellent location, nice play area for kids, good showers and facilities, fair prices. Owner is friendly. Terrain on a slope but that can be addressed, they have blockers on site.
Good start!
