We hadn't made a reservation and the campsite was fully booked, but the friendly manager gave us a spot right next to it. It's a nice campsite, mostly year-round pitches. A pleasant place to stop over or perhaps spend a few days enjoying the lake. You need tokens for hot water, as well as for dishwashing. We paid €41 for a campervan, two people, one night, and electricity.

Very nice camping. Expect no luxury stay, but beautiful place in an open place in the forests of Rila. Helpful owners. Very good, authentic restaurant, try the mixed bbq plate! Basic toilets and shower. 15 minutes walk from Rila monastery. Bring cash, cards not available.
