All that whining about unfriendly reception….. just learn and use some French phrases and the owner is the friendliness itself. Beautiful campsite, large places and clean sanitary facilities!

Haha, this is no ordinary campsite. This is complete chaos! What people wouldn't give to be close to the sea. Packed together on top of each other and then hoping that everyone can handle their (much too large) camper decently. Hilarious incident: a Frenchman smashes part of the roof of a toilet building to smithereens with the back of his camper, after which people flee screaming from their toilets...!

Not recommended! There is a chance that you will have to deal with a very arrogant attitude from reception staff. We were assigned a place at the reception, where we stayed within 10 meters for the entire next day. opposite us an entire tree was sawn away. Apart from the enormous noise, after returning home from a bike ride, everything turned out to be covered in a thick layer of sawdust. Reception response: “bad luck for you, but this had to happen” No understanding, no excuses, no compensation. Toedeledoki!

Indeed, the receptionist is friendly until you ask how long the gardener will be working. This person has been working for over 2.5 hours making a lot of noise with a petrol leaf blower within a radius of 25 meters. of our place to meticulously change every leaf's place. (Mind you, it is mid-September and the first leaves have only just fallen) Such a question shows no respect for staff and we have to leave the next day...! (even threatens with police)

Location no more than a transit point in otherwise beautiful surroundings (wine region). Right next to Voie Verte (bicycle route on an old railway), and therefore regular nuisance from busloads of cyclists who are dropped off there. Facility for dry toilet cleaning is unbelievably filthy.

Camping is CLOSED during the 2020 season due to corona crisis!

HELL in high season (Aug) Large, noisy French families, youngsters drinking and partying (even in the middle of the night) camping daily covered in barbecue smoke. Owner does nothing. Would like to see money in advance because of the Dutch and Belgians who, he says, often leave without paying.
