Nice free camper spot on the canal, no amenities. But what do you expect for €0? It's perfect for self-sufficient campers. Also very nice old town Rekem and restaurants. Thanks, Rekem. One downside is the group of immigrant youths loitering under the bridge, who started street racing and making noise to harass the campers. I called the LAMA police, and within 10 minutes they were there checking on these youths and had to leave. Thanks.

From Friday, August 8, 2025, to Monday, August 11, 2025, we stayed at this beautiful campervan site for the second time. This time on the lawn. What a beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by greenery; we felt right at home. We also enjoyed some wonderful cycling routes thanks to the beautiful weather they offer. The owners are very passionate about explaining things to campervan owners. Beautifully maintained sanitary facilities. A top-notch campervan site with a fantastic couple, Gabrielle and Carl.

last week early June 2025 stayed at the campsite of the Coppens family. originally not the intention but because we had problems with the ferry we ended up here. Must say, this is a very well maintained campsite, both sanitary facilities and camping site and they give good explanations at the reception about the campsite. staff and his wife and the kids and rest of the staff are very friendly. top location

Stayed here last week at this beautiful well-kept camper place. Very friendly hostess woman who tells extensively what the possibilities are regarding cycling tours or walking tours. This camper place is ideally centrally located for trips to the coast, Ypres, Dikmuide, Poperinge and so much more. Thanks again to the hostess for this beautiful place, we will definitely come back. free parking place opposite hallebad. but is closed from May 15 because then the outdoor swimming pool opens. so no shower or toilet for € 5. But nice place to park for free with your camper.
